【摘要】：近年來,全球油氣行業(yè)陷入低谷,經(jīng)濟復蘇緩慢,供需嚴重失調(diào),拖延油價低谷周期。俄羅斯面臨國際制裁和復雜的地緣政治危機,正在積極通過系列改革措施提振石油工業(yè)信心,擴大出口。其改革相關內(nèi)容與我國正在進行的油氣改革內(nèi)容多有一致,值得深入研究和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the global oil and gas industry has fallen into a trough, with a slow economic recovery, a serious imbalance between supply and demand, and a prolonged oil price trough cycle. Russia faces international sanctions and a complex geopolitical crisis. A series of reform measures are being actively adopted to boost the confidence of the petroleum industry and to expand the export. The relevant contents of the reform are much consistent with the oil and gas reforms being carried out in our country, which is worthy of further study and reference.
