【摘要】：現(xiàn)代食品供應(yīng)鏈過長導(dǎo)致了生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞、食品安全以及利潤分配不均等多方面問題。食品短鏈模式是縮短食品供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié),最少化生產(chǎn)者和消費(fèi)者之間中間商數(shù)量的食品供應(yīng)體系。通過對南京市農(nóng)戶實(shí)地調(diào)研,基于選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)法分析了農(nóng)戶參與食品短鏈模式的意愿及其影響因素。研究結(jié)果表明,中間商數(shù)量、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售價格和農(nóng)戶人際關(guān)系3個屬性都能顯著影響農(nóng)戶加入食品短鏈模式的決策。在食品短鏈模式的屬性中,農(nóng)戶更加偏好中間數(shù)量的屬性,即食品短鏈模式中間商數(shù)量的減少對于農(nóng)戶參與決策影響程度最大。
[Abstract]:The long supply chain of modern food causes many problems, such as ecological environment damage, food safety and unequal profit distribution. Based on the field investigation of farmers in Nanjing, the willingness of farmers to participate in short chain food model and its influencing factors are analyzed based on selective experiment. The number of middlemen, the selling price of agricultural products and the interpersonal relationship of farmers all have significant influence on the decision of farmers to join the food short chain model. In the attribute of food short chain model, farmers prefer the attribute of intermediate quantity. That is to say, the reduction of the number of food short chain middlemen has the greatest influence on farmers' participation in decision-making.
