【摘要】：介紹了綠色輪胎的由來(lái)、含義、配方特征及白炭黑主材地位的確立。通過(guò)回顧白炭黑在傳統(tǒng)輪胎和在綠色輪胎上各發(fā)展階段的應(yīng)用,分析了綠色輪胎對(duì)白炭黑的消費(fèi)潛力。指出中國(guó)綠色輪胎正處在產(chǎn)量釋放的初期,即將進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展期。在此背景下白炭黑面臨著機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。機(jī)遇:1)綠色輪胎給白炭黑創(chuàng)造了廣闊的市場(chǎng);2)綠色輪胎促使加快產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)步伐。挑戰(zhàn):1)市場(chǎng)門檻提高,亟須產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí);2)外資企業(yè)搶先占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng);3)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不適應(yīng);4)創(chuàng)新能力弱,核心技術(shù)缺乏。白炭黑企業(yè)只要抓住機(jī)遇,勇于接受挑戰(zhàn),加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平,就一定能實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the origin, meaning, formula characteristics and the establishment of the status of silica as the main material of green tire. The application of silica in the traditional tire and in the green tire is reviewed. The consumption potential of green tires to silica is analyzed. It is pointed out that green tires in China are in the early stage of production release. It is about to enter a period of rapid development. In this context, silica is facing opportunities and challenges. Opportunity: 1) Green tires create a broad market for silica. Green tires promote the acceleration of the pace of industrial transformation and upgrading. Challenge: 1) raise the market threshold. Urgent need for Industry Transformation and upgrading (2) Foreign-funded enterprises seize the market ahead of others (3) the production technology and product quality are not adapted to the quality of the products. (4) the ability to innovate is weak, and the core technology is lacking. As long as the silica enterprises seize the opportunity, dare to accept the challenge, and speed up technological innovation, Upgrading the level of industrial development, we must be able to achieve leapfrog development.
