【摘要】：國(guó)際直接投資推動(dòng)了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,也促進(jìn)了國(guó)際貿(mào)易在各國(guó)的開展。外商在華汽車零部件行業(yè)的投資不僅對(duì)我國(guó)汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了卓越貢獻(xiàn),也積極促進(jìn)了我國(guó)汽車零部件的進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)。隨著我國(guó)汽車市場(chǎng)的繁榮,各大跨國(guó)汽車主機(jī)廠及汽車零部件公司紛紛進(jìn)駐中國(guó),希望從中國(guó)市場(chǎng)獲取豐厚利潤(rùn)。外商投資汽車零部件公司不僅在我國(guó)市場(chǎng)上為各大主機(jī)廠提供產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),還積極利用我國(guó)的生產(chǎn)成本優(yōu)勢(shì)從事出口業(yè)務(wù)。本文首先介紹了外商汽車零部件企業(yè)在中國(guó)投資的狀況及特點(diǎn),分析了我國(guó)汽車零部件進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn),然后從有利和不利兩個(gè)方面分析了外商在華汽車零部件投資對(duì)我國(guó)汽車零部件進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的影響。外商在中國(guó)投資出于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)需要,需從國(guó)外進(jìn)口一些設(shè)備和原材料,推動(dòng)了我國(guó)進(jìn)口貿(mào)易。因?yàn)橥馍掏顿Y企業(yè)在全球范圍內(nèi)擁有廣泛的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò),在中國(guó)投資的企業(yè)如果具有價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì),就可以將其產(chǎn)品銷往世界各地,從而帶動(dòng)了我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。外商在華投資汽車零部件企業(yè)具有技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng),同時(shí)也由于我國(guó)內(nèi)資汽車零部件企業(yè)在許多領(lǐng)域與外資企業(yè)之間的技術(shù)差距不大,我國(guó)內(nèi)資汽車零部件企業(yè)的技術(shù)吸收能力較強(qiáng),因此在華投資的外商汽車零部件企業(yè)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)明顯。通過對(duì)外商在華汽車零部件投資對(duì)我國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易影響的分析,可幫助政府合理引導(dǎo)外商在華汽車零部件投資。對(duì)如何進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大我國(guó)的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易也具有實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:International direct investment has promoted the development of the global economy and international trade in various countries. Foreign investment in China's auto parts industry has not only made outstanding contributions to the development of China's automobile industry, It has also actively promoted the import and export of auto parts in China. With the prosperity of the automobile market in China, major multinational automobile mainframe factories and auto parts companies have moved into China one after another. We hope to make a good profit from the Chinese market. Foreign invested auto parts companies not only provide products and services for major mainframe factories in the Chinese market, This paper first introduces the investment status and characteristics of foreign auto parts enterprises in China, and analyzes the current situation and characteristics of import and export trade of automobile parts in China. Then it analyzes the influence of foreign investment in China on the import and export of auto parts from two aspects: favorable and unfavorable. Foreign investment in China is required by enterprises, so they need to import some equipment and raw materials from abroad. Promoted China's import trade. Because foreign-invested enterprises have an extensive sales network around the world, enterprises that invest in China can sell their products to all parts of the world if they have a price advantage. This has led to the development of China's export trade. Foreign investment in auto parts enterprises in China has a technology spillover effect. At the same time, because of the small technological gap between domestic auto parts enterprises in many fields and foreign-funded enterprises, The technology absorption capacity of domestic auto parts enterprises in China is relatively strong, so the technology spillover effect of foreign auto parts enterprises investing in China is obvious. Through the analysis of the impact of foreign investment in automobile parts in China on China's import and export trade, It can help the government to guide foreign investors to invest in auto parts in China. It is also of practical significance to further expand China's import and export trade.
