【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的確立和不斷深入發(fā)展,以消費(fèi)者為中心的商業(yè)模式已經(jīng)確立,同時(shí)企業(yè)要可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就必須與社會(huì),環(huán)境,公眾等和諧發(fā)展,不僅僅是資源的索取者,其中企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的概念不斷凸顯,尤其是環(huán)境責(zé)任。環(huán)境是企業(yè)發(fā)展,個(gè)人生存賴(lài)以存在的基礎(chǔ),成為社會(huì)公眾廣泛關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。鋼鐵行業(yè)歷來(lái)都是國(guó)家工業(yè)化水平的典型代表,也是重要的污染源,更應(yīng)該積極承擔(dān)更多的環(huán)境責(zé)任。A鋼鐵企業(yè)目前的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理狀況代表著我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)的一般水平,尤其環(huán)境責(zé)任管理狀況,很能體現(xiàn)我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境責(zé)任管理的基本情況。本文根據(jù)已有數(shù)據(jù),考察A鋼鐵企業(yè)環(huán)境責(zé)任管理的方針,體系,成本和績(jī)效,重點(diǎn)分析A鋼鐵環(huán)境責(zé)任承擔(dān)中存在的問(wèn)題及原因,并提出解決的建議和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the establishment and continuous development of modern enterprise system, the consumer-centered business model has been established. In order to sustainable development, enterprises must develop harmoniously with society, environment, public and so on, not only resource takers. The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been highlighted, especially environmental responsibility. Environment is the basis for the development of enterprises and the survival of individuals. The iron and steel industry has always been a typical representative of the national industrialization level, and also an important source of pollution. We should also take on more environmental responsibilities. A the current operating and management situation of iron and steel enterprises represents the general level of iron and steel enterprises in our country, especially the environmental responsibility management situation. This paper, according to the existing data, investigates the policy, system, cost and performance of environmental responsibility management in A iron and steel enterprise. The problems and causes of environmental responsibility of A iron and steel are analyzed, and some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
