【摘要】：正據(jù)美國知名財經(jīng)媒體CNBC最新報道,美國歷史上第一座離岸風(fēng)電站宣布正式并網(wǎng)成功并投入運營。這在美國風(fēng)能發(fā)展史上,具有里程碑的意義。離岸風(fēng)電站優(yōu)缺點離岸風(fēng)電站是與陸上風(fēng)電站相對的一個概念。陸上風(fēng)電站歷史悠久,可以追溯到20世紀(jì)30年代;而離岸風(fēng)電站因修建在近海區(qū)域,技術(shù)難度更高,直到20世紀(jì)末期,才開始進(jìn)入公眾視野。與陸上風(fēng)電站相比,離岸風(fēng)電站的缺點很明顯,這體現(xiàn)為高昂的成本:不僅建造成本高昂,維護(hù)費用也高。但是,離岸風(fēng)電站的優(yōu)點同樣明顯,主要體現(xiàn)在以下兩個方面:一、修
