【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會的快速發(fā)展,市場信息也瞬息萬變,導(dǎo)致市場的競爭日益加劇,在這種大環(huán)境下,一種具有管理和實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)方法即業(yè)務(wù)流程再造也隨之產(chǎn)生。業(yè)務(wù)流程再造方法主要是通過對企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行分析找到關(guān)鍵的流程,然后對這些關(guān)鍵的流程實(shí)施再造,從而將企業(yè)的各種資源按照再造的流程進(jìn)行整合,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)運(yùn)營效率的提高和經(jīng)營業(yè)績的增加,使企業(yè)能夠在快速發(fā)展的社會中立于不敗之地。利欣公司是一家成立很久的民營企業(yè),很多思想都停留在不發(fā)達(dá)階段,現(xiàn)在正面臨著業(yè)績增長緩慢、運(yùn)營效率低下、組織結(jié)構(gòu)臃腫等多方面的壓力。在這些壓力下,利欣公司要想走出困境,繼續(xù)發(fā)展,需要進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程的再造,從而解決運(yùn)營效率低下、組織結(jié)構(gòu)臃腫等問題。本文主要運(yùn)用流程優(yōu)先矩陣對利欣公司目前現(xiàn)有的所有業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行識別分析,從而找出其中較為關(guān)鍵的幾個業(yè)務(wù)流程,利用業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的相關(guān)方法進(jìn)行分析和研究。從而預(yù)期最終達(dá)到企業(yè)在產(chǎn)品成本、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、發(fā)貨進(jìn)貨速度和技術(shù)服務(wù)等能充分反應(yīng)企業(yè)市場的競爭力這些要素上取得好的效果。全論文共分五章對利欣公司業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行研究再造。第一章是緒論,主要包括選題的背景意義以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和論文研究的內(nèi)容、方法及架構(gòu)。第二章是流程再造的理論以及方法概述。主要介紹業(yè)務(wù)流程的相關(guān)理論以及業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的一些方法。第三章是對利欣公司業(yè)務(wù)流程現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的研究,主要是研究利欣公司現(xiàn)存的業(yè)務(wù)流程的描述及該業(yè)務(wù)流程中存在的問題。第四章是對業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的方案的設(shè)計(jì),主要包括設(shè)計(jì)的原則、目的、具體方案及流程再造中需要注意的問題。第五章是對利欣公司進(jìn)行流程再造后的效果分析,主要是對原有的流程及改造后的流程進(jìn)行比較。最后提出本論文研究的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society, the market information is also changing rapidly, which leads to the increasing competition in the market. Business process Reengineering (BPR), a guiding method with management and practice, is mainly to find the key processes by analyzing the business processes, and then reengineering these key processes. In order to integrate all kinds of resources of the enterprise according to the reengineering process, so as to achieve the improvement of the operational efficiency of the enterprise and the increase of the business performance. The company is a long-established private enterprise, many of which remain in the underdeveloped stage. Now it is faced with slow performance growth and low operational efficiency. Under these pressures, if we want to get out of the predicament and continue to develop, we need to reengineer the business process to solve the operational inefficiency. This paper mainly uses the process priority matrix to identify and analyze all the existing business processes of Rehin Company, so as to find out some of the key business processes. Using the relevant methods of business process reengineering (BPR) to analyze and study, so as to achieve the final product cost, product quality, Good results have been achieved on the factors such as the speed of delivery of goods and technical services, which can fully reflect the competitiveness of the enterprise market. The whole paper is divided into five chapters to study and reengineer the business process of Rehin Company. The first chapter is an introduction. It mainly includes the background significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad and the content of the thesis. Chapter two introduces the theory of business process reengineering and some methods of business process reengineering. This paper mainly studies the description of the existing business process and the existing problems in the business process. Chapter 4th is the design of the business process reengineering scheme, mainly including the design principles, purposes, Chapter 5th is about the analysis of the effect of the process reengineering in Rehin Company, mainly the comparison of the original process and the reformed process. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is put forward.
