【摘要】：微電網(wǎng)是電力體制改革下鼓勵(lì)新能源發(fā)展、提高電力系統(tǒng)可靠性和促進(jìn)節(jié)能減排的新業(yè)態(tài)。微電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展受與之利益相關(guān)者的影響,同時(shí)也影響著其利益相關(guān)者的利益。運(yùn)用Mitchell利益相關(guān)者模型和Savage利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系管理策略矩陣研究微電網(wǎng)企業(yè)層面的利益相關(guān)者。確定了微電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的9個(gè)關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者,他們分別為政府、國(guó)家電網(wǎng)、其他發(fā)電企業(yè)、微電網(wǎng)企業(yè)用戶、電力交易機(jī)構(gòu)、電力監(jiān)管部門、金融機(jī)構(gòu)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)和減排配額交易對(duì)象,通過(guò)分類研究利益相關(guān)者與微電網(wǎng)企業(yè)之間的關(guān)系類型和關(guān)系管理策略,厘清了微電網(wǎng)市場(chǎng)的運(yùn)行模式,繪制出微電網(wǎng)企業(yè)利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系圖,為微電網(wǎng)企業(yè)在電力市場(chǎng)中穩(wěn)定發(fā)展提供應(yīng)用參考。
[Abstract]:Microgrid is a new form of business to encourage the development of new energy, improve the reliability of power system and promote energy saving and emission reduction under the reform of power system. The construction and development of microgrid enterprises are affected by the stakeholders. At the same time, it also affects the interests of its stakeholders. Using Mitchell stakeholder model and Savage stakeholder relationship management strategy matrix to study stakeholders in microgrid enterprise level, nine key stakeholders of microgrid enterprise are identified. They are government, State Grid, other power generation enterprises, micro-grid enterprise users, power trading agencies, power regulatory authorities, financial institutions, scientific research institutions and targets for reducing emissions quotas. By classifying and studying the relationship types and relationship management strategies between stakeholders and microgrid enterprises, the operation mode of microgrid market is clarified, and the stakeholder relationship map of micro-grid enterprises is drawn. It provides a reference for the stable development of microgrid enterprises in the power market.
