【摘要】：本文通過在減速機公司的實地調研,對其現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)狀況有了一定了解。在此基礎上對其新型減速機產(chǎn)品進行簡明介紹,著重對其在裝配車間的生產(chǎn)流程進行了深入的實地調研分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)下生產(chǎn)效率不足以支撐公司年度銷售�？偨Y國內外工業(yè)工程的發(fā)展歷程和主要應用案例,發(fā)現(xiàn)工業(yè)工程的技術方法對提高產(chǎn)量有很大幫助。因此確立了用工業(yè)工程方法來解決生產(chǎn)率問題的總體研究方向。根據(jù)這些研究本文首先運用流程程序圖對新產(chǎn)品SG的齒輪箱和電機的裝配流程進行分別描述,進而找出齒輪箱和電機裝配線存在的不合理因素。通過這些分析最終發(fā)現(xiàn)新產(chǎn)品裝配流程存在移動次數(shù)多,距離長,尋找活動多,工人易疲勞等使裝配效率低的現(xiàn)狀。通過使用“5W1H”提問技術發(fā)現(xiàn)導致這些現(xiàn)象的根本原因是現(xiàn)場和工作臺布置不理想,裝配流程有待完善。因此本文運用工業(yè)工程中方法研究技術針對這些問題進行改善,降低了裝配時間,減少了多余的移動和尋找等造成第一類動作延緩的不必要動作,減少了工人的移動距離,改善了工作臺布置和工裝工具的擺放方式,降低了工人的作業(yè)疲勞度。改善后每天可裝配量由原來的40臺增長為60臺,產(chǎn)量明顯提高。通過對改善方案與原有裝配流程對比,驗證了改善后方案的有效性。
[Abstract]:Through the field investigation in the reducer company, this paper has a certain understanding of its existing production situation. On the basis of this, the paper gives a brief introduction to its new reducer products. The production process in the assembly workshop is investigated and analyzed in detail. It is found that the production efficiency is not enough to support the company's annual sales under the existing production conditions. The development history and main application cases of industrial engineering at home and abroad are summarized. It is found that the technical methods of industrial engineering are of great help to increase the yield. Therefore, the general research direction of solving productivity problems by industrial engineering method is established. According to these studies, this paper first applies the process program diagram to the new production. Product SG gearbox and motor assembly process are described separately, Then find out the unreasonable factors in the gearbox and motor assembly line. Through these analysis, we find that the new product assembly process has many times of movement, long distance, more searching activities, By using the "5W1H" questioning technology, it is found that the root cause of these phenomena is the unsatisfactory layout of the site and worktable. The assembly process needs to be improved. Therefore, this paper uses the methods in industrial engineering to improve these problems, reduce the assembly time, reduce the unnecessary movement and search for unnecessary actions that cause the delay of the first kind of action. It reduces the distance of the workers' movement, improves the layout of the workbench and the arrangement of the tooling tools, and reduces the working fatigue of the workers.After the improvement, the daily assembly capacity is increased from the original 40 to 60. By comparing the improved scheme with the original assembly process, the effectiveness of the improved scheme is verified.
