【摘要】：本文以2010-2014年間我國深、滬兩市制造業(yè)上市公司財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,采用虛擬變量法與賦值法評估各個企業(yè)的政治關(guān)聯(lián)程度。研究表明:企業(yè)高管的政治關(guān)聯(lián)程度與上市公司過度投資密不可分,同時也驗證了政治關(guān)聯(lián)的強弱程度對公司價值具有顯著的影響,為我國上市公司提高企業(yè)人員治理水平提供了強有力的依據(jù);政治關(guān)聯(lián)的緊密程度會直接對企業(yè)的投資效率產(chǎn)生顯著影響,而中央政治關(guān)聯(lián)和地方政治關(guān)聯(lián)的對比結(jié)果表明,地方政治關(guān)聯(lián)更能夠?qū)е缕髽I(yè)過度投資。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the financial data of the manufacturing companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai as samples from 2010 to 2014 , and evaluates the degree of political relevance of each enterprise by using virtual variable method and valuation method . The research shows that the degree of political association of the enterprise executives is closely related to the excessive investment of listed companies , and it also validates that the intensity of the political association has a strong influence on the corporate value , and the close degree of political association directly affects the investment efficiency of the enterprises , and the comparison between the central political association and the local politics indicates that the local political association can lead to excessive investment in the enterprises .
