【摘要】：伴隨著當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,危機(jī)管理已經(jīng)得到了充分的運(yùn)用。就管理學(xué)角度講,危機(jī)管理也就是企業(yè)為了降低危機(jī)給自身造成的不利影響而做出的相關(guān)舉措。對(duì)于危機(jī)事件,如果企業(yè)不及時(shí)進(jìn)行處理,那么危機(jī)就會(huì)蔓延和擴(kuò)散,從而會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)的形象帶來(lái)負(fù)面的影響。最近幾年里,化工產(chǎn)業(yè)頻頻發(fā)生事故,而如何對(duì)危機(jī)進(jìn)行處理,已經(jīng)牽扯到一個(gè)企業(yè)的形象能否得到維護(hù)的問(wèn)題。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,以寧夏捷美豐友化工有限公司為研究案例,通過(guò)對(duì)寧夏捷美豐友化工有限公司生產(chǎn)安全危機(jī)管理的研究,得出了在以9·7氨氣泄漏事件處理中,捷美豐友化工在危機(jī)應(yīng)急搶險(xiǎn)和危機(jī)溝通上存在的問(wèn)題,并從建立危機(jī)預(yù)警體系、加強(qiáng)公司危機(jī)溝通能力建設(shè)和構(gòu)建危機(jī)管理框架體系三方面提出了提高捷美豐友化工生產(chǎn)安全危機(jī)管理能力的對(duì)策。通過(guò)本文的研究,得出寧夏捷美豐友化工公司在生產(chǎn)安全危機(jī)管理中存在處置措施不當(dāng)和溝通能力欠佳等問(wèn)題。為了提高寧夏捷美豐友公司的安全生產(chǎn)危機(jī)管理能力,應(yīng)該結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,從建立危機(jī)預(yù)警體系、加強(qiáng)危機(jī)溝通能力建設(shè)和構(gòu)建危機(jī)管理框架體系三個(gè)方面做工作,一定程度上可以為寧夏捷美豐友化工有限公司提高其安全生產(chǎn)危機(jī)管理能力提供理論借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the market economy, the crisis management has been fully used. The management perspective, crisis management is the enterprise in order to reduce the adverse effect to own cause crisis and make relevant measures. For the crisis, if the enterprise is not processed in a timely manner, then the crisis will spread and spread, which will have a negative impact on the image of the enterprise. In recent years, the frequent accidents in chemical industry, and how to handle the crisis, has been involved in the image of an enterprise can get maintenance problems. Based on the research at home and abroad, taking Ningxia geomaxima toyotomo Chemical Co., Ltd as the research case, through research the crisis management of Ningxia geomaxima toyotomo Chemical Co. Ltd. the production safety of the spill in to 9 - 7 ammonia, geomaxima toyotomo chemical emergency rescue and in crisis There is a crisis of communication problems, and from the establishment of early warning system, strengthen corporate crisis communication ability and constructing the framework of crisis management system three aspects put forward some countermeasures to improve the geomaxima toyotomo chemical production safety crisis management ability. Through this study, the Ningxia geomaxima toyotomo chemical company existing problems of poor communication skills and improper disposal measures in the production safety crisis management. In order to improve the safety crisis management ability of Ningxia geomaxima Fengyou company, should be combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, from the establishment of early warning system, strengthen the work of crisis communication and construction of three aspects of the framework of crisis management, to a certain extent, can provide a theoretical reference for Ningxia geomaxima toyotomo Chemical Co., improve the safety production ability of crisis management.
