【摘要】：綠色建筑是可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念在建筑領(lǐng)域上的具體應(yīng)用,它能夠有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)沈陽市建筑、人類和環(huán)境三者之間的和諧發(fā)展。但是當(dāng)前沈陽市綠色建筑發(fā)展水平同我國(guó)其他發(fā)達(dá)城市相比還存在巨大的差距,其發(fā)展受到了來自多方面因素不同程度的影響。對(duì)這些影響因素進(jìn)行深入地分析,找出其發(fā)展的主要影響因素,并針對(duì)主要影響因素提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,對(duì)于促進(jìn)沈陽市綠色建筑的發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。本文以沈陽市綠色建筑發(fā)展影響因素為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色建筑相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了綠色建筑的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,并對(duì)英國(guó)、美國(guó)、加拿大的綠色建筑發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了深入的分析,為沈陽市綠色建筑的發(fā)展提供啟示。分別從市場(chǎng)供需、政策法規(guī)、公眾認(rèn)知度、綠色建筑技術(shù)、綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)、政府及企業(yè)管理方面對(duì)沈陽市綠色建筑的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并指出了其發(fā)展過程中存在著的一系列問題。結(jié)合綠色建筑相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策、社會(huì)、技術(shù)、管理方面對(duì)影響綠色建筑發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地分析,將這些方面的影響因素加以細(xì)化,并深入地分析了每個(gè)子因素的具體內(nèi)容。構(gòu)建了具有層次性的沈陽市綠色建筑發(fā)展影響因素指標(biāo)體系,通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷來獲取數(shù)據(jù),采用模糊聚類的方法對(duì)沈陽市綠色建筑發(fā)展影響因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別,選取第一類別并結(jié)合綜合得分確定了模糊聚類方法下的主要因素,利用WLSM-熵權(quán)法確定影響因素的綜合權(quán)重,將權(quán)重計(jì)算結(jié)果較大的影響因素與模糊聚類方法所確定的主要影響因素進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者大部分影響因素完全相同,有個(gè)別影響因素不同,兩種方法的計(jì)算結(jié)果具有較好的一致性。將二者的相同因素作為沈陽市綠色建筑發(fā)展的主要影響因素,將不同因素作為次主要影響因素,認(rèn)為其也會(huì)對(duì)沈陽市綠色建筑發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響,但是影響程度小于主要影響因素。根據(jù)所確定的主要影響因素與次主要影響因素,結(jié)合沈陽市綠色建筑發(fā)展中存在的問題,從健全綠色建筑政策法規(guī)體系、加強(qiáng)綠色建筑宣傳工作、提升綠色建筑技術(shù)研發(fā)及應(yīng)用水平、加快綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)工作建設(shè)、提高政府監(jiān)督管理水平方面提出了對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Green building is a concrete application of the concept of sustainable development in the field of construction, it can realize Shenyang city building effective and harmonious development between human beings and the environment three. But the current green building development level of Shenyang city with other developed city in China there is still a huge gap, affected by the factors of different degree the development of in-depth analysis of these factors, find out the main influencing factors of its development, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the main influencing factors, has very important significance for promoting the development of green building in Shenyang city. Based on the factors of the development of Shenyang city green building influence as the research object, after summarizing the on the domestic and international green building related research, introduces the basic theories of green building, and the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada green building The experience of the development of in-depth analysis, to provide inspiration for the development of Shenyang city green building. Respectively from the market supply and demand, policies and regulations, public awareness, green building technology, green building evaluation, the current situation of the development of government and enterprise management of Shenyang city green building for the analysis, and points out a series of problems in its development process there. With green building related theoretical basis, from the economic, social, policy, technology, management of the factors affecting the development of green building to carry out systematic analysis, the influence factors of these aspects to be refined, and in-depth analysis of the specific content of each sub factors. To construct the index system of factors influencing the development of green the construction of Shenyang city has the hierarchy, to obtain data through questionnaires, using the method of fuzzy clustering development impact on Shenyang city green building factors identification, selection The first category and combined with the comprehensive score and determine the main factors of fuzzy clustering method, to determine the effect of comprehensive weight factors by using WLSM- entropy method, the main factors affecting the weight calculation results the factors and the fuzzy clustering method is determined by the comparative analysis, it is found that the two most influential factors are exactly the same, there are individual factors different, the results of the two methods have good consistency. The main influence factors of the two factors will be the same as the development of green building in Shenyang City, the main influence factors of different factors as time, it will also have an important impact on the development of green building in Shenyang City, but the impact is less than the main influencing factors. According to the main the influence factors and the next factors, combined with the development of green building in the city of Shenyang, from the perfect green building policy and regulations System, strengthen green building publicity, improve the level of R & D and application of green building technology, speed up the construction of green building evaluation, and improve the level of government supervision and management, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
