[Abstract]:Chung Chung Wang USA LLC, an American company, announced on August 29th 2016 that it had reached an agreement on the acquisition of Aleris. The $2.33 billion acquisition includes $1.11 billion in cash equity transfers and $1.22 billion in net debt. This is the first time that China's aluminium industry has acquired a larger international aluminum processing company.
