【摘要】：從能耗、排污、治理和發(fā)展四個(gè)方面提出了我國工業(yè)行業(yè)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)估體系的理論框架,并對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模、對(duì)外開放、技術(shù)進(jìn)步、環(huán)境規(guī)制、人力資本、人口密度和社會(huì)監(jiān)督等影響我國工業(yè)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)能力的因素進(jìn)行了理論剖析。提升我國工業(yè)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)能力,應(yīng)從加強(qiáng)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)制度建設(shè)、提高對(duì)外商的"環(huán)境準(zhǔn)入"門檻、調(diào)整科技發(fā)展政策和研究方向、推動(dòng)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的生態(tài)化調(diào)整與升級(jí)、發(fā)展環(huán)保教育事業(yè)、加強(qiáng)社會(huì)監(jiān)督機(jī)制等方面著手。
[Abstract]:From the energy consumption, pollution, puts forward the theoretical framework of China's ecological and economic benefits of industry evaluation system of four aspects of governance and development, and the economic scale, opening, technological progress, environmental regulation, human capital, a theoretical analysis of the population density and the social supervision and other factors affecting China's industrial capacity of state economic construction enhance industrial ecological economy ability in our country, we should strengthen the construction of ecological economic system, improve the foreign "environment access" threshold, adjust the direction of the development of science and technology policy and research, promote ecological adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, the development of environmental education, strengthen the social supervision mechanism and so on.
