【摘要】：研究建筑業(yè)物化能的影響因素對促進建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)性具有重要意義.為較為準確地研究建筑業(yè)物化能的影響因素,在構建部門拆分的投入產(chǎn)出生命周期評價模型的基礎上,結合完全分解方法構建了完全結構分解模型.該模型將建筑業(yè)物化能影響因素分為列昂惕夫效應、強度效應和終端需求規(guī)模效應.采用該模型對2005—2010年建筑業(yè)物化能增長進行了實證研究.結果表明:1基于部門拆分的投入產(chǎn)出生命周期評價模型可在一定程度上減小產(chǎn)業(yè)部門劃分粗略和統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)不可靠等因素導致的誤差,提高結果可靠性.22005—2010年建筑業(yè)物化能(以標準煤計,下同)增長了6.755×108t,終端需求規(guī)模效應顯著拉動了建筑業(yè)物化能的增長,其貢獻率高達188%;列昂惕夫效應也在一定程度上拉動了物化能增長,其貢獻率為42%;強度效應則較為顯著地發(fā)揮了削減物化能的作用,貢獻率為-130%.3相比傳統(tǒng)模型,完全結構分解模型消除了分解殘差(-7.399×108t),從而提高了分析可靠性.從提高工程建設規(guī)劃水平,加強基礎設施和建筑維護,推進新型建筑工業(yè)化、綠色建造和智慧建造,促進建材生產(chǎn)過程節(jié)能減排和發(fā)展高性能建材等方面提出了控制建筑業(yè)物化能的建議.
[Abstract]:Study on the influencing factors of construction industry embodied energy is important to promote sustainable construction. The factors which effect the accurate study of the construction industry can be materialized, based on input-output life cycle assessment of construction sector split model, combined with the complete decomposition method to construct the complete structure decomposition model. The model of construction industry embodied energy factors into Leon Leontief effect, intensity effect and scale effect. The terminal demand growth model makes an empirical study of 2005 - 2010 the construction industry can be materialized. The results showed that: 1 error evaluation input-output life cycle model division can be reduced to some extent. The industrial sector leads to roughly and unreliable statistics based on factors such as, improve the reliability of.22005 2010 construction of energy (standard coal, the same below) increased 6.755 * 108t, the terminal needs. Effect of significantly boosting the construction industry of energy growth, the contribution rate of up to 188%; Leon Leontief effect to a certain extent, stimulating the embodied energy growth, its contribution rate is 42%; the strength effect is obvious to play a role to cut material, the contribution rate of -130%.3 compared to traditional model, complete structure decomposition model eliminates the decomposition of residual (-7.399 * 108t), so as to improve the reliability analysis. From the improvement of construction planning level, strengthen the maintenance of infrastructure and construction, promoting new industrialization of construction, green construction and the wisdom of the construction control for construction, put forward the suggestion of promoting the building of energy production process and energy saving and emission reduction the development of high performance building materials and so on.
