【摘要】：正歐洲粉末冶金協(xié)會(huì)與德國夫浪和費(fèi)研究院開展合作,將推出一個(gè)新的有關(guān)選區(qū)激光燒結(jié)工藝用粉質(zhì)量檢測方面的合作研究項(xiàng)目。建立這個(gè)研究項(xiàng)目的目的有3個(gè):(1)探索一種金屬粉末(即將確定)能否被應(yīng)用于選區(qū)激光熔煉增材制造工藝;(2)建立確定選區(qū)激光熔煉增材制造工藝生產(chǎn)用粉的特性和規(guī)格的準(zhǔn)則;(3)建立確定選區(qū)激光熔煉工藝激光參數(shù)的準(zhǔn)則。這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的全部經(jīng)費(fèi)將由所有的參加者分擔(dān),參加者數(shù)目最少為5個(gè),以確保每個(gè)參加者最多分?jǐn)? 600歐元。這個(gè)項(xiàng)目將歷時(shí)6個(gè)月,按計(jì)劃將在幾個(gè)月后啟動(dòng)
[Abstract]:The European Association of Powder Metallurgy is cooperating with the German Institute of Ferry. A new cooperative research project on the quality testing of powder used in selective laser sintering process will be launched. The purpose of this research project is 3: 1) to explore a metal powder (to be determined). Whether it can be applied to the selective laser smelting material increasing manufacturing process; (2) to establish the criteria for determining the characteristics and specifications of the powder used in the selective laser smelting process; Establish criteria for determining laser parameters in the selected laser smelting process. The total cost of this project will be shared by all participants, with a minimum of five participants. To ensure that each participant is allocated a maximum of Euro6,600.
