【摘要】：煤炭在我國一次性能源結(jié)構(gòu)中處于主導(dǎo)位置,20世紀50年代曾達到90%,據(jù)《中國可持續(xù)能源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略》報告預(yù)測,其占比到2050年仍將高于50%。然而,隨著全球經(jīng)濟下行,中國經(jīng)濟放緩,我國煤炭企業(yè)面臨著來自多方的壓力。煤炭是不可再生資源,研究表明煤炭的埋藏量為10316億噸,僅能再供開采230年。形勢相當嚴峻。但開灤集團唐山礦業(yè)分公司(簡稱唐山礦)是一家擁有137年歷史的企業(yè),為適應(yīng)時代要求,唐山礦正積極尋求能夠幫助其實現(xiàn)成本降低、產(chǎn)能提高、研發(fā)增強的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型之路。首先,本文從政治和法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、社會文化環(huán)境和技術(shù)環(huán)境等角度論述了外部環(huán)境對一個企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略思想的客觀影響,分析了煤炭行業(yè)的競爭態(tài)勢、各競爭力量間的博弈,指明唐山礦所面臨的來自外部的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。其次,從人力資源、生產(chǎn)資源、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、企業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況四個方面對唐山礦的內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行逐層分析,點出了唐山礦自身的優(yōu)勢與劣勢。再次,在內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,用SWOT分析法對唐山礦的經(jīng)營狀況進行了研究,提出了符合唐山礦實際情況的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型策略,并明確了戰(zhàn)略重點以及實施戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵要素。最后,提出了成功實施戰(zhàn)略選擇的若干保障措施,包括加強學習和認同、建立戰(zhàn)略管理組織體系、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、人才引進、信息化建設(shè)及資金保障等。希望本研究能夠為構(gòu)建和發(fā)展唐山礦新型戰(zhàn)略體系提供理論依據(jù)和實踐參考。
[Abstract]:Coal is in the leading position in the disposable energy structure of our country. In 50s, the coal reached 90%, according to the forecast of "China's Sustainable Energy Development Strategy" report. However, with the global economic downturn and China's economic slowdown, China's coal enterprises are facing pressure from various sources. Coal is a non-renewable resource. Research shows that the buried amount of coal is one tillion thirty-one billion six hundred million tons. But Kailuan Group Tangshan Mining Branch (Tangshan Mine) is a 137-year-old enterprise, in order to meet the requirements of the times. Tangshan Mine is actively seeking to help it achieve cost reduction, increased production capacity, R & D enhanced strategic transformation. First, this paper from the political and legal environment, economic environment. From the angle of social culture environment and technology environment, this paper discusses the external environment's objective influence on an enterprise's strategic thought, analyzes the competition situation of the coal industry and the game between the various competitive forces. The paper points out the opportunities and challenges from outside in Tangshan Mine. Secondly, it analyzes the internal environment of Tangshan Mine from four aspects: human resources, production resources, technological innovation ability and enterprise management status. Points out the strengths and weaknesses of Tangshan Mine itself. Thirdly, on the basis of the analysis of internal and external environment, using SWOT analysis method to study the operation of Tangshan Mine. This paper puts forward the strategy of strategic transformation in line with the actual situation of Tangshan Mine, and clarifies the strategic focus and the key elements of the implementation strategy. Finally, it puts forward some safeguard measures for the successful implementation of the strategic choice. It includes strengthening study and identification, establishing strategic management organization system, building enterprise culture and introducing talents. It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction and development of a new strategic system in Tangshan Mine.
