【摘要】：工業(yè)主義制造了"機(jī)器體系"中時(shí)間與空間的共享性、人與人之間的區(qū)隔,具有自然本性的、以情感為紐帶的家庭關(guān)系被瓦解,它也型構(gòu)了現(xiàn)代性自身的"反思性監(jiān)控"體系與機(jī)制——一套理性化的監(jiān)控管理制度。工業(yè)主義與社會(huì)生活不可隨意肢解,否則就會(huì)在通往終極價(jià)值的橋上忘卻了終極價(jià)值。本文認(rèn)為,單位制度變遷與革新過程中,應(yīng)對(duì)工業(yè)主義進(jìn)行合理的反思與反省,以推陳出新。與工業(yè)主義相抗衡的是單位制度觀念、血緣親情倫理,而并非單純的精英主義。單位制度一方面要吸納工業(yè)主義的優(yōu)勢(shì)——工序管理的數(shù)字化、精細(xì)化、開放的市場(chǎng)化,另一方面也要在共享價(jià)值與意義的活動(dòng)與儀式中回歸與呈現(xiàn)集體情感的愉悅與暢快,企業(yè)是"成長(zhǎng)"起來的,并非"培植"而成的。
[Abstract]:Industrialism made between time and space in the machine system ", sharing with people with segment, nature, emotional ties of family relationship disintegrated, it is the modernity of its own" reflective monitoring system and Mechanism -- a set of rational monitoring and management system. Industrialism and social life can not be dismembered, otherwise the ultimate value will be forgotten on the bridge to the ultimate value. This article holds that, in the process of the change and innovation of the unit system, we should reflect and reflect on the industrialism reasonably in order to bring forth new ideas. The opposition to the industrialism is the concept of unit system and the ethics of consanguinity, but not the pure elitism. The market of digital, fine, open the unit system on one hand to absorb the advantages of industrialism -- process management, on the other hand is to return and showing the collective emotion in the shared value and the significance of the activities and rituals of pleasure and fun, the enterprise is growing up, not grow into.
