褐煤和油菜秸稈低溫共熱解產(chǎn)物及協(xié)同效應(yīng)分析(英文)

印尼褐煤(IL)與不同質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的油菜秸稈(RS)在自制的低溫煤炭化爐中共熱解,得到熱解半焦和焦油。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)RS的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為30%時(shí),共熱解油的產(chǎn)率達(dá)到最大值14.03%,產(chǎn)率比純褐煤熱解油產(chǎn)率高57.59%。熱解半焦的SEM結(jié)果表明,共熱解半焦比褐煤半焦孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)更加豐富;熱解油的FTIR和GC-MS結(jié)果表明,共熱解焦油更輕質(zhì)化,酸度更低;樣品的熱重分析表明,油菜秸稈與褐煤的DTG峰值部分重疊,共熱解過程符合二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,加入RS后,共熱解反應(yīng)的活化能E降低,反應(yīng)性增強(qiáng),TG曲線向低溫區(qū)域移動(dòng)。RS和IL的共熱解存在協(xié)同效應(yīng),共熱解實(shí)現(xiàn)了褐煤和油菜秸稈的清潔高效利用。
