17種觀賞植物對(duì)富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體凈化效果研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)溫室靜態(tài)試驗(yàn)和濕地模擬試驗(yàn)研究了不同觀賞植物對(duì)富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體的凈化效果,主要研究結(jié)果如下:1、通過(guò)溫室靜態(tài)試驗(yàn)研究了夏、秋、冬季不同觀賞植物對(duì)富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體的凈化效果,通過(guò)對(duì)不同觀賞植物凈化水體富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化能力綜合評(píng)價(jià)打分,得出夏季供試?guó)S尾屬觀賞植物對(duì)富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體的凈化能力依次為:黃菖蒲(Iris pseudacorus)花菖蒲(Iris ensata var.hortensis)路易斯安娜鴦尾(Louisiana iris),而另外三種鳶尾屬植物紅籽鳶尾(Iris foetidissima)、鳶尾(Iris tectorum)和蝴蝶花(Iris japonica)均不適合作為夏季富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體凈化植物材料;秋季對(duì)路易斯安娜鳶尾等10種水生觀賞植物在中濃度和高濃度富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體環(huán)境下生長(zhǎng)狀況及對(duì)不同富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體TN、TP和COD的去除能力研究表明:不同觀賞植物水體凈化能力依次為:澤薹草(Caldesia parnassifolia)水芋(Calla palustris)"g水生美人蕉(Canna hybrida)再力花(Thalia dealbata.)海壽(Pontederia cordata)≥路易斯安娜鳶尾旱傘草(Cyperus alternifolius)馬藺(Irislacteavar.chinensis)千屈菜(Lythrum salicaria)菖蒲(Acorus calamus);對(duì)5種冬季常綠植物富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體凈化研究表明,路易斯安娜鳶尾最適合作為冬季富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體凈化材料,其次為紅籽鳶尾和麥冬(Ophiopogon japonicus),對(duì)水體凈化效果相對(duì)較弱的是德國(guó)鳶尾(Iris germanica)和蝴蝶花。通過(guò)冬季觀賞植物對(duì)富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水凈化能力綜合分?jǐn)?shù),得出供試植物的凈化能力依次為:路易斯安娜鳶尾紅籽鳶尾會(huì)麥冬德國(guó)鳶尾蝴蝶花。2、觀賞植物配組試驗(yàn)研究表明:與單一植物水體凈化相比,路易斯安娜鳶尾與黃菖蒲進(jìn)行搭配組合后,其凈化效果最好,但無(wú)顯著性提升(P0.05),較路易斯安娜鳶尾和黃菖蒲單一 TN去除效率分別增加1.5%和1.7%,TP去除效率分別增加1.3%和3.9%;其余組合凈化效果不明顯,黃菖蒲與水生美人蕉組合、黃菖蒲與再力花組合凈化效果均低于兩種植物單一凈化效果。3、模擬濕地環(huán)境研究了不同觀賞植物對(duì)流動(dòng)富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體的凈化效應(yīng),結(jié)果表明,路易斯安娜鳶尾對(duì)水體IN去除率為46.0%-67.8%,TP去除率為54.3%-67.9%;紅籽鳶尾對(duì)人工濕地TN的去除率為39.5%-55.9%,TP去除率為28.6%-52.5%;對(duì)照組TN去除率在13.3%-17.3%之間,TP去除率在11.9%-37.5%之間。受水溫、光照等因素影響試驗(yàn)顯示水體COD水平波動(dòng)較大。綜合來(lái)看兩種供試材料在人工濕地應(yīng)用中表現(xiàn)良好,對(duì)富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化水體凈化效果顯著,因此認(rèn)為有很大的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The purification effect of different ornamental plants on eutrophication water was studied by greenhouse static test and wetland simulation experiment. The main results were as follows: 1. Summer and autumn were studied by greenhouse static experiment. The effects of different ornamental plants on the purification of eutrophication water in winter were evaluated comprehensively by evaluating the eutrophication ability of different ornamental plants. The results showed that the purification ability of the ornamental plants of Iris in summer to eutrophication water was Iris pseudacorus (Acorus calamus). Iris ensata var. hortensis) Louis An Na duck tail Louisiana iris). The other three species are Iris foetidissima.
