基于圖像信息熵的ptychography軸向距離誤差校正

【摘要】:在軸向距離參與運算的ptychography算法中,軸向距離誤差會使重建圖像變模糊并降低圖像的分辨率.本文基于菲涅耳衍射理論建立了軸向距離誤差模型,根據(jù)不同軸向距離誤差對重構(gòu)圖像清晰度的影響,提出用圖像信息熵確定圖像最清晰時的軸向距離,并重建出清晰的ptychography圖像.比較了圖像能量變化、Tamura系數(shù)和圖像信息熵這三種圖像清晰度評價函數(shù)在軸向距離誤差校正過程中的分布情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)它們均具有單峰性,且峰值確定的軸向距離相同.圖像信息熵相比其他兩種圖像清晰度評價函數(shù)具有更高的靈敏性.仿真以及實驗均證明了基于圖像信息熵的ptychography軸向誤差校正的可行性.
[Abstract]:In the ptychography algorithm in which the axial distance is involved in the operation, the axial distance error will make the reconstructed image blur and reduce the resolution of the image. In this paper, based on the Fresnel diffraction theory, the axial distance error model is established. According to the influence of different axial distance errors on the sharpness of reconstructed image, an image information entropy is proposed to determine the axial distance when the image is clearest. A clear ptychography image is reconstructed, and the distribution of the three image definition evaluation functions, namely, the energy variation of the image and the information entropy of the image, in the process of the correction of the axial distance error is compared, and it is found that they all have a single peak. The axial distance determined by the peak value is the same. The image information entropy is more sensitive than the other two image definition evaluation functions. The simulation and experiments show the feasibility of the ptychography axial error correction based on the image information entropy.
