【摘要】：民族地區(qū)市場(chǎng)的轉(zhuǎn)型與法制市場(chǎng)的構(gòu)建是少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)深入發(fā)展的必然選擇,少數(shù)民族地區(qū)受傳統(tǒng)交易習(xí)慣的影響明顯,一方面崇尚人本主義的少數(shù)民族群眾依靠宗教力量、鄉(xiāng)約寨規(guī)等人治理念無法實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)的良性法制與資源整合;另一方面,基于少數(shù)民族自治機(jī)制下民族經(jīng)濟(jì)立法的瑣碎導(dǎo)致民族地區(qū)市場(chǎng)宏觀調(diào)控的滯后。因此,有必要在整合現(xiàn)有交易習(xí)慣的同時(shí)探究法制經(jīng)濟(jì)的推移與民族市場(chǎng)的整合策略,推動(dòng)民族地區(qū)市場(chǎng)的法制化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The transformation of the market and the construction of the legal market in the minority areas are the inevitable choice for the further development of the socialist market economy in the minority areas, and the minority areas are obviously influenced by the traditional trading habits. On the one hand, the humanist minority people rely on religious forces, and the ideas of governing by people such as the village or zhazhaigi cannot realize the sound legal system of the market and the integration of resources; on the other hand, Based on the minority autonomy mechanism, the triviality of the national economic legislation leads to the lag of the market macro-control in the minority areas. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the development of the legal economy and the integration strategy of the national market while integrating the existing trading habits, so as to promote the legalization of the market in the minority areas.
