土壤熏蒸及施用生防菌對(duì)香蕉根結(jié)線蟲及土壤線蟲群落的影響

  我國(guó)海南省香蕉由于連年種植在酸性砂壤土中,容易受到植物寄生線蟲的危害。植物寄生線蟲的防治主要依賴于化學(xué)藥劑,雖然見效快,但持效性差、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重,急需尋找一種高效環(huán)保且低成本的替代措施。本研究以碳酸氫銨和石灰作為研究對(duì)象,篩選其施用模式,探究其對(duì)植物寄生線蟲的防效及土壤線蟲群落結(jié)構(gòu)的影響;篩選拮抗根結(jié)線蟲的內(nèi)生菌,研究其對(duì)香蕉植物寄生線蟲的防效及其生防機(jī)制;在盆栽和田間條件下,通過土壤熏蒸結(jié)合定植含拮抗內(nèi)生菌的香蕉苗,測(cè)定對(duì)植物寄生線蟲的防效及其對(duì)土壤線蟲群落結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,旨在為香蕉根結(jié)線蟲的綜合防治提供理論與技術(shù)支撐。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1.土壤熏蒸劑的施用模式篩選結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),熏蒸劑在土壤中的最佳施用量為:石灰0.856 g/kg soil和碳酸氫銨0.428 g/kg soil。施用碳酸氫銨和石灰組合(LAB)較單獨(dú)施用碳酸氫銨(AB)的土壤線蟲總數(shù)減少近50%,較不添加任何試劑的對(duì)照減少66.2%。石灰碳酸氫銨組合在土壤含水量較低時(shí)即能發(fā)揮顯著的殺線效果,且在較大溫度范圍內(nèi)發(fā)揮顯著的殺線效果,施用后能顯著提高土壤pH值、NH4+-N、NO3--N和總氮含量。將篩選的熏蒸劑進(jìn)行盆栽防效試...
