【摘要】：任何一個(gè)民族國(guó)家都面臨著多元文化背景下的民族國(guó)家建構(gòu)問(wèn)題,這是由于族群和文化多樣性所決定的,并且由于國(guó)家一體化與族群自我發(fā)展之間的內(nèi)在張力使得這個(gè)問(wèn)題變得更為復(fù)雜。西方學(xué)者針對(duì)民族國(guó)家建構(gòu)問(wèn)題提出了多元文化主義理論,希望通過(guò)一種民主、平等的方式來(lái)協(xié)調(diào)國(guó)家與族群之間的關(guān)系,以一種“異中求和”的差異公民身份來(lái)協(xié)調(diào)文化多元與政治一體、族群認(rèn)同和國(guó)家認(rèn)同之間的關(guān)系,為能在實(shí)現(xiàn)民族國(guó)家建構(gòu)一體化目標(biāo)的同時(shí),也能達(dá)成一個(gè)公平正義的社會(huì)。目前對(duì)多元文化主義能否有效地促進(jìn)民族國(guó)家建構(gòu)存在爭(zhēng)議,只有通過(guò)對(duì)多元文化主義理論和實(shí)踐層面的考察,才可能認(rèn)清多元文化主義的利弊,加拿大作為世界上第一個(gè)實(shí)行多元文化主義政策的多族群國(guó)家,無(wú)疑是最為合適的分析對(duì)象�？傊�,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)多元文化主義理論和實(shí)踐的分析,不僅完善了民族國(guó)家建構(gòu)的理論研究,而且通過(guò)總結(jié)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),歸納出了面對(duì)族群和文化多樣性,民族國(guó)家建構(gòu)的理性邏輯與現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑,為包括中國(guó)在內(nèi)的其它民族國(guó)家提供了有益的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Any nation-state is faced with the problem of nation-state construction under the multicultural background, which is determined by ethnic groups and cultural diversity. And because of the internal tension between national integration and ethnic group self-development, the problem becomes more complicated. Western scholars put forward the theory of multiculturalism in view of nation-state construction. It is hoped that the relationship between the state and the ethnic groups will be coordinated in a democratic and equal manner, and that cultural pluralism and political integration will be coordinated with a different citizenship of "harmony among differences". The relationship between ethnic identity and national identity, in order to achieve the goal of nation-state integration at the same time. At present, there are disputes about whether multiculturalism can effectively promote the construction of nation-state, only by examining the theory and practice of multiculturalism. In order to recognize the advantages and disadvantages of multiculturalism, Canada, as the first multi-ethnic country in the world to implement multiculturalism policy, is undoubtedly the most appropriate object of analysis. Through the analysis of the theory and practice of multiculturalism, not only the theoretical research of nation-state construction has been perfected, but also the practical experience has been summed up in the face of ethnic groups and cultural diversity. The rational logic and realistic path of nation-state construction provide beneficial theoretical guidance for other nation-states including China.
