我一共投了三個(gè)期刊，從級(jí)別來(lái)看，分別是高級(jí)一區(qū)中級(jí)二區(qū)高級(jí)一區(qū)，分別據(jù)稿據(jù)稿錄用。我是按次序投的，不是一稿多投，據(jù)稿以后再投。當(dāng)然，前面的據(jù)稿教訓(xùn)就不說(shuō)了，我的硬傷在Methodology上，通篇沒(méi)有固定的Methodology，沒(méi)有傳統(tǒng)的Econometric的模型，也沒(méi)有問(wèn)卷調(diào)查后的統(tǒng)計(jì)和計(jì)量模型。因?yàn)轭I(lǐng)域小，文獻(xiàn)少，期刊大度而容納百川，所以中了，算是投機(jī)取巧了。語(yǔ)言方面，離不開(kāi)NativeSpeaker的幫忙。

 

    前兩個(gè)期刊，三個(gè)審稿人，基本是兩個(gè)負(fù)面審稿信息，一個(gè)正面審稿信息。

 

    第三個(gè)期刊，又折返回來(lái)投個(gè)好期刊。如果不中，打算再投排名低很多的期刊。最終歷時(shí)6個(gè)月，下面是具體的審稿過(guò)程：

 

    1、SubmitedtoJournal:Elsevier投稿系統(tǒng)。

 

    2、兩個(gè)多月后返回審稿意見(jiàn)。第一個(gè)審稿人意見(jiàn)較正面，但Comments多，其中一條難度大，其實(shí)還是Methodology問(wèn)題。第二個(gè)審稿人估計(jì)審稿都審煩了，意見(jiàn)較負(fù)面，審稿結(jié)論不具體，事實(shí)上更難以修改。以下是審稿結(jié)果：

    僅僅是Revise，看不出是大修還是小修，問(wèn)好好多人，不知所以然；不管大修小修，按照大修修改。

    3、我的修改策略：

 

    想盡辦法做調(diào)研或拿數(shù)據(jù)。最后找到了篇文獻(xiàn)，里面做了類似描述，并認(rèn)為該領(lǐng)域的調(diào)研不太容易。所以我也引用他的觀點(diǎn)，認(rèn)為不太容易做定量分析。最后，正好有一個(gè)該領(lǐng)域會(huì)議，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)做了調(diào)研和訪談，并有幸拿到了一些數(shù)據(jù)；后來(lái)又自己做了幾次訪談。然后結(jié)合國(guó)際上的類似問(wèn)題，進(jìn)行了深入分析和比較等等。

 

    兩個(gè)半月后，提交修改稿。如果認(rèn)為是大修，提交修改稿不能太早。我確實(shí)做了大修，也只能這個(gè)時(shí)候提交。

 

    4、大概一個(gè)多月，審稿意見(jiàn)返回：

    我醒悟了，原來(lái)不管大修還是小修，以上內(nèi)容都是投稿系統(tǒng)的套話。關(guān)鍵還要看審稿人的意見(jiàn)。
