【摘要】：目的初步構建助產(chǎn)質量評價指標體系。方法以最新的助產(chǎn)質量實證依據(jù)框架為指導,根據(jù)指標篩選原則,通過文獻評閱法、專家會議法、理論分析法及專家咨詢法,初步建立助產(chǎn)質量評價指標體系,供進一步大范圍的德爾菲法驗證。結果通過文獻評閱總結出助產(chǎn)質量評價指標池,包括指標名稱及特殊指標的界定。通過綜合分析、取舍,最后形成了包括45項指標的助產(chǎn)質量評價指標體系。專家咨詢問卷回收率為100%,81.3%的專家提出文字建議,專家的權威系數(shù)為0.92,指標重要性評分變異系數(shù)為0~0.29。結論在最新助產(chǎn)質量實證依據(jù)框架指導下初步形成的助產(chǎn)質量評價指標體系具有科學性和合理性,可通過德爾菲專家咨詢法進一步驗證。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct the evaluation index system of midwifery quality. Methods under the guidance of the latest empirical basis framework of midwifery quality, according to the principle of index screening, through literature review method, expert meeting method, theoretical analysis method and expert consultation method, the evaluation index system of midwifery quality was preliminarily established for further verification by Delphi method. Results through literature review, the evaluation index pool of midwifery quality was summarized, including the definition of index name and special index. Through comprehensive analysis and trade-off, the evaluation index system of midwifery quality including 45 indexes is formed. The recovery rate of expert consultation questionnaire was 100%. 81.3% of the experts put forward written suggestions, the authority coefficient of experts was 0.92, and the coefficient of variation of index importance score was 0 鈮，
