【摘要】：正壓瘡是指由于臥床長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不改變體位,使局部組織長(zhǎng)期受壓而導(dǎo)致血液循環(huán)障礙,持續(xù)的缺血缺氧,組織營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良可導(dǎo)致軟組織潰爛壞死[1]。目前,壓瘡治療一直是臨床醫(yī)護(hù)面臨的難題之一。近年來(lái),研究發(fā)現(xiàn)負(fù)壓引流技術(shù)可將創(chuàng)面的分泌物和滲出物引流,使創(chuàng)面與空氣隔絕,避免交叉感染,利于肉芽組織的成長(zhǎng)[2]。筆者對(duì)2015-01至2015-06我院收治的院外帶入Ⅳ期壓瘡的患者采用負(fù)壓引流技術(shù)聯(lián)合金因肽
