【摘要】：正隨著醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步、腦血管疾病搶救成功率的不斷提高,許多生命垂危的患者得到了及時的救治,挽救了生命,但往往遺留各種功能障礙。實(shí)踐證明,偏癱患者經(jīng)過正規(guī)康復(fù)治療后,80%可以生活自理或大部分自理~[1]。在眾多腦卒中后遺癥康復(fù)中,步行康復(fù)是患者獨(dú)立生活的重要步驟,對如何解決患者在初步建立行走能力后偏癱側(cè)下肢負(fù)重時間短、穩(wěn)定性差等問題,尚待探討,本研究所用的訓(xùn)練患者的前后穩(wěn)定極限的方法,增強(qiáng)了步行穩(wěn)定性,現(xiàn)將治療過程
[Abstract]:With the progress of medical science and technology, the success rate of cerebrovascular disease rescue has been improved, many dying patients have been timely treatment, saving lives, but often left behind a variety of functional obstacles. Practice has proved that 80% of hemiplegic patients can take care of themselves or most of them after regular rehabilitation. Among the rehabilitation of stroke sequelae, walking rehabilitation is an important step for patients to live independently. How to solve the problems of short loading time and poor stability of hemiplegic lower limbs after the initial establishment of walking ability, etc. The method used in this study to train the patient's stability limit before and after, which enhances the stability of walking, will now be used in the course of treatment.
