基于表面肌電信號的不同握姿下動態(tài)屈伸肘特性研究

【摘要】:正屈伸肘運動是我們日常生活中經(jīng)常使用的動作,比如家務勞動,上肢肌肉力量的健身活動等,都離不開屈伸肘運動。長期使用屈伸肘運動工作的人,很容易發(fā)生上肢肌肉損害。上肢肌肉勞損患者經(jīng)常采用自己習慣的姿勢進行康復訓練,然而往往不注重握姿的重要性,以致達不到預期的康復,效果甚至對肌肉造成二次損害~([1])。有研究表明,姿勢負荷的不同,達到的康復訓練效果也不同,比如國外Waterloo大學制定的姿勢負荷評分辦法~([2]);國內丁嘉順等~([2])提出了靜態(tài)姿
[Abstract]:Positive elbow flexion is a common action in our daily life, such as household work, upper limb muscle strength fitness activities, all can not be separated from elbow flexion and extension exercise. People who use elbow flexion and elbow exercises for a long time are prone to upper limb muscle damage. Patients with upper limb muscle strain often use their customary posture for rehabilitation training, but they often do not pay attention to the importance of holding posture, so that they can not achieve the expected rehabilitation, and even cause secondary damage to the muscle. Some studies have shown that different postural load can achieve different rehabilitation training effects, such as the postural load scoring method developed by Waterloo University in foreign countries ~ (2), and the static posture proposed by Ding Jiashun et al. ([2]) in China.
