【摘要】：直腸癌是全球第三大常見癌癥,嚴(yán)重影響人類的身體健康和生活質(zhì)量,理應(yīng)受到重視,實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)體化治療方案至關(guān)重要。磁共振成像及其功能成像可以準(zhǔn)確地診斷直腸癌,并進(jìn)行術(shù)前評(píng)估、預(yù)后判斷及放化療效果評(píng)估,從而為臨床治療方案的選擇提供有用的信息。本文就DWI在直腸癌術(shù)前評(píng)估及放化療療效評(píng)估的臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)展作一簡(jiǎn)要綜述。
[Abstract]:Rectal cancer is the third most common cancer in the world, which seriously affects human health and quality of life. Magnetic resonance imaging and functional imaging can accurately diagnose rectal cancer, evaluate preoperative prognosis, evaluate the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and provide useful information for clinical treatment. This article reviews the clinical application of DWI in preoperative evaluation and chemoradiotherapy evaluation of rectal cancer.
