【摘要】：音樂(lè)治療(又稱音樂(lè)療法)是醫(yī)學(xué)與音樂(lè)的融合,是一種新興的、安全而易獲得的治療手段,常可分為接受式、再創(chuàng)造式和即興演奏式音樂(lè)治療。音樂(lè)治療對(duì)各種精神和軀體疾病的治療效果已得到臨床證據(jù)的肯定,并吸引著越來(lái)越多的學(xué)者進(jìn)行深入研究。本文系統(tǒng)綜述了音樂(lè)治療在臨床上對(duì)于治療精神疾病、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病、心腦血管疾病、惡性腫瘤和疼痛管理等方面的應(yīng)用。同時(shí),盡管音樂(lè)治療的潛在應(yīng)用廣泛、發(fā)展前景巨大,但仍面臨著諸多問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Music therapy (also called music therapy) is the fusion of medicine and music, is a new, safe and easy to obtain treatment, often can be divided into receptive, creative and impromptu music therapy. The therapeutic effect of music therapy on various mental and somatic diseases has been confirmed by clinical evidence and attracted more and more scholars to conduct in-depth research. This paper reviews the clinical application of music therapy in the treatment of mental diseases, nervous system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and pain management. At the same time, although the potential application of music therapy is extensive and the development prospect is huge, it still faces many problems and challenges.
