【摘要】：目的:建立糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶的測(cè)定方法,探討人類血清中A、B糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶的活性,為檢測(cè)酶的含量與研究酶的活性打下基礎(chǔ)。方法:用測(cè)定糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性的試劑盒(glycosyltransferase activity kit)繪制適合本實(shí)驗(yàn)室的磷酸鹽標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線。以該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線為基礎(chǔ),測(cè)定已知A型、B型人血清中A、B糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶的活性。結(jié)果:繪制出適合本實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)用的糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶測(cè)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線:y=2671,3x-0.596,R~2=0.9998;同時(shí)建立起測(cè)定人類血清中A、B糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶的方法。結(jié)論:建立的糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性的測(cè)定方法適用于通用型糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性的測(cè)定,同樣適用于人類血清中A、B糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性的檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a method for the determination of glycosyltransferase, and to study the activity of Ameb glycosyltransferase in human serum, and to lay a foundation for the detection of enzyme content and the study of enzyme activity. Methods: (glycosyltransferase activity kit) was used to determine the activity of glycosyltransferase. Based on the standard curve, the activity of Ameb glycosyltransferase in human serum of type A and B was determined. Results: the standard curve for the determination of glycosyltransferase in human serum was established. Conclusion: the established method is suitable for the determination of glycosyltransferase activity in human serum as well as for the determination of glycosyltransferase activity in human serum.
