【摘要】：目的:通過問卷調(diào)查的方式對惡性腫瘤患兒及患兒家長的心理狀況進行全面評估,并對其可能的影響因素及影響因素間的相互作用結果進行分析。方法:采用Achenbach兒童行為評定量表對75例住院惡性腫瘤患兒進行評估測試,對患兒家長使用Zung焦慮自評量表(SAS)和抑郁自評量表(SDS)進行調(diào)查,收集調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),并對結果進行統(tǒng)計分析。同時對民族、住院天數(shù)、家長與患兒心理情況相互作用等因素進行分析。結果:惡性腫瘤患兒心理行為問題檢出率高于國內(nèi)常模(P0.05),結果顯示男孩行為問題主要表現(xiàn)在違紀、交往不良、多動,女孩行為問題主要表現(xiàn)為抑郁、體訴,其中抑郁問題明顯突出。惡性腫瘤患兒父母抑郁及焦慮的發(fā)生率也高于常模(P0.05)。分析原因發(fā)現(xiàn)住院天數(shù)及家長心理狀況等影響患兒心理行為狀態(tài)。對于家長而言,住院天數(shù)增加時,家長焦慮及抑郁得分呈上升趨勢。住院天數(shù)一致時維吾爾族家長焦慮及抑郁得分較漢族高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:惡性的腫瘤患兒及家長的心理問題不容忽視,在治療身體疾病的同時,重視一個腫瘤患兒家庭的心理狀態(tài),針對其可能原因及時進行心理干預,可以給這個家庭更圓滿的未來。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the psychological status of children with malignant tumor and their parents by questionnaire, and to analyze the possible influencing factors and the results of interaction between them. Methods: 75 hospitalized children with malignant tumor were assessed by Achenbach Child behavior rating scale (Achenbach). The parents were investigated with Zung anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating Depression scale (SDS), and the data were collected. The results were statistically analyzed. At the same time, the factors such as nationality, length of stay in hospital and the interaction between parents and children were analyzed. Results: the detection rate of mental behavior problems in children with malignant tumors was higher than that in the domestic norm (P0.05). The results showed that the behavior problems of boys were mainly manifested in violation of discipline, poor communication, hyperactivity, and the behavior problems of girls were mainly manifested as depression and body complaints. Among them, the problem of depression is obviously prominent. The incidence of depression and anxiety of parents in children with malignant tumor was also higher than that of norm (P0.05). It was found that the days of hospitalization and parents' psychological status affected the psychological behavior of the children. For parents, the scores of anxiety and depression increased with the increase of hospitalization days. The scores of anxiety and depression of Uygur parents were significantly higher than that of Han nationality. Conclusion: the psychological problems of malignant tumor children and their parents can not be ignored. While treating body diseases, we should pay attention to the psychological state of a tumor child's family, and carry out psychological intervention in time according to the possible causes. It can give the family a better future.
