【摘要】：目的探討基于團(tuán)隊(duì)合作模式的干預(yù)措施在優(yōu)化冠狀動(dòng)脈CT血管成像(CCTA)檢查方案中的應(yīng)用效果。方法放射科醫(yī)、技、護(hù)培訓(xùn)小組與各臨床科室護(hù)士長(zhǎng)推選的1名護(hù)理組長(zhǎng)組成合作團(tuán)隊(duì),由培訓(xùn)小組培訓(xùn)臨床護(hù)理組長(zhǎng)影像知識(shí),放射科護(hù)士與臨床護(hù)理組長(zhǎng)合作對(duì)行CCTA的患者檢查前的準(zhǔn)備事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行護(hù)理干預(yù)。比較干預(yù)前、后患者檢查前準(zhǔn)備完好率,候檢時(shí)間,掃描時(shí)間,一次成功率及受輻射劑量(ED)的差異。結(jié)果通過(guò)基于團(tuán)隊(duì)合作模式進(jìn)行護(hù)理干預(yù),優(yōu)化患者進(jìn)行CCTA檢查前準(zhǔn)備的指導(dǎo),提高了患者檢查前準(zhǔn)備完好率(P0.05),縮短了候檢時(shí)間與檢查時(shí)間(P0.05),提高了一次成功率(P0.05),降低了患者受輻射劑量(P0.05)。結(jié)論放射科與臨床形成團(tuán)隊(duì)合力優(yōu)化CCTA檢查方案,能提高檢查的成功率,改善患者就醫(yī)體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the effect of intervention based on team cooperation model in optimizing coronary artery CT angiography (CCTA) examination program. Methods Radiologists, technicians, nursing training team and a nursing team leader selected by the head nurses of each clinical department formed a cooperative team. The training team trained the head nurses of clinical nursing group on imaging knowledge and radiology nurses. To cooperate with the head of clinical nursing group to carry out nursing intervention on the preparations of patients undergoing CCTA before and after the intervention.To compare the difference of the intact rate,waiting time,scanning time,one-time success rate and radiation dose(ED) before and after the intervention.Results The nursing intervention based on team cooperation mode was carried out to optimize the patients before CCTA examination. Preparatory guidance improved the rate of intact preparation before examination (P 0.05), shortened the waiting time and examination time (P 0.05), increased the success rate (P 0.05), and reduced the radiation dose (P 0.05). Conclusion The joint efforts of Radiology and clinical formation team to optimize the CCTA examination program can improve the success rate of examination and improve the experience of patients.
