【摘要】：目的比較兩種心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)量表在化療期乳腺癌患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取化療期乳腺癌患者743例為研究對(duì)象,分別采用疾病心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)卷(PAIS-SR)、乳腺癌患者心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)卷測(cè)量患者的心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況,以乳腺癌患者生存質(zhì)量量表(FACT-B)為效標(biāo),比較兩種心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)量表的相關(guān)性及效度。結(jié)果化療期乳腺癌患者PAIS-SR得分46.77±15.89,乳腺癌患者心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)卷得分169.65±25.52,FACT-B量表得分97.47±17.92;PAIS-SR總分及各維度與心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)卷總分具有顯著相關(guān)性(r值為-0.245~-0.668,均P0.01);乳腺癌患者心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)卷總分、PAIS-SR總分與FACT-B得分的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.730、-0.780(均P0.01)。結(jié)論兩種問(wèn)卷所測(cè)患者心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)度均處于中等水平,兩種問(wèn)卷的相關(guān)性及與效標(biāo)量表的相關(guān)性較強(qiáng),均可用于化療期乳腺癌患者的心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況的測(cè)量。PAIS-SR量表測(cè)量的維度更全面,心理社會(huì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)卷更偏重于患者心理狀況的測(cè)量,臨床應(yīng)用中可根據(jù)實(shí)際需要選擇合適的量表。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of two psycho-social adaptation scales in patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 743 patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy were studied. The psychosomatic adaptation status of patients with breast cancer was measured by using the disease psychosocial adaptation questionnaire (PAIS-SR) and the psycho-social adaptation questionnaire of breast cancer patients. The correlation and validity of the two psychosomatic adaptation scales were compared with the breast cancer quality of life scale (FACT-B). Results the PAIS-SR scores of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy period were 46.77 鹵15.89, the scores of FACT-B scale of psychological and social adaptation of breast cancer patients were 169.65 鹵25.52 and the total scores of PAIS-SR and their dimensions were significantly correlated with the total scores of psychological and social adaptation questionnaire (r = -0.245 鹵-0.668, all P 0.01), and the scores of PAIS-SR in breast cancer patients were 97.47 鹵17.92 and 0.668 respectively (r = -0.245 and -0.668, all P0.01). The correlation coefficient between the total score of PAIS-SR and the score of FACT-B was 0.730 ~ 0.780 (all P 0.01). Conclusion the psychological and social fitness of the patients tested by the two kinds of questionnaires is at the medium level, and the correlation between the two questionnaires and the scale of efficacy is strong. It can be used to measure the psychological and social adaptation status of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy. The dimensions of PAIS-SR scale are more comprehensive, and the psychosocial adaptation questionnaire is more focused on the measurement of patients' psychological status. The appropriate scale can be selected according to the actual needs in clinical application.
