【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建符合我國護(hù)理實(shí)踐狀況的血液凈化�？谱o(hù)士核心素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。方法1.通過文獻(xiàn)回顧、質(zhì)性研究構(gòu)建血液凈化�？谱o(hù)士核心素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系草案,包含一、二、三級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。2.通過Delphi專家咨詢法確定血液凈化�？谱o(hù)士核心素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的各級(jí)維度和條目。同時(shí)檢驗(yàn)Delphi法的代表性和可信度。3.通過層次分析法確立一、二級(jí)級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)。4.通過調(diào)查符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的117名“血液凈化�？谱o(hù)士”核心素養(yǎng),分析檢驗(yàn)指標(biāo)體系的內(nèi)在品質(zhì)。結(jié)果1.質(zhì)性研究提煉出5個(gè)主題,血液凈化�？谱o(hù)士核心素養(yǎng)包括知識(shí)素養(yǎng)、關(guān)鍵能力素養(yǎng)、理想信念素養(yǎng)、職業(yè)基本意識(shí)素養(yǎng)、人格素養(yǎng)。2.Delphi法構(gòu)建出以血液凈化�？谱o(hù)士核心素養(yǎng)為基礎(chǔ)的血液凈化�？谱o(hù)士核心素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系包括5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、19個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和61個(gè)三級(jí)條目。兩輪Delphi法的積極系數(shù)分別為1.0,1.0;權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.8667,專家協(xié)調(diào)程度較高。3.5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)權(quán)重賦值為知識(shí)素養(yǎng)0.3279,關(guān)鍵能力素養(yǎng)0.3582,職業(yè)理想信念素養(yǎng)0.1144,基本意識(shí)素養(yǎng)0.1048,職業(yè)人格素養(yǎng)0.0947。4.評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系具有較好的內(nèi)部一致性信度、內(nèi)容效度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度。Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.946;內(nèi)容效度為0.873;結(jié)構(gòu)效度經(jīng)相關(guān)性分析后,各一級(jí)指標(biāo)與指標(biāo)體系的相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.756-0.964之間,P值均0.05。結(jié)論本研究構(gòu)建包含一級(jí)指標(biāo)5個(gè)、二級(jí)指標(biāo)19個(gè)和三級(jí)指標(biāo)61個(gè)的血液凈化�？谱o(hù)士核心素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及一、二級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,同時(shí)指標(biāo)具有良好的內(nèi)在品質(zhì)。通過在鄭州市進(jìn)行區(qū)域內(nèi)探索,為血液凈化�？谱o(hù)士的準(zhǔn)入、培訓(xùn)及考核提供了一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a core quality evaluation index system of blood purification specialist nurses in accordance with the nursing practice in China. Method 1. Through literature review, qualitative research constructs the draft evaluation index system of core quality of blood purification specialist nurses, which includes one, two and three evaluation indexes. The dimensions and items of core quality evaluation index system of blood purification specialist nurses were determined by Delphi expert consultation method. At the same time, the representativeness and reliability of Delphi method are tested. Through the analytic hierarchy process to establish a, secondary index weight coefficient. 4. The core quality of 117 "blood purification nurses" was investigated and the intrinsic quality of the test index system was analyzed. Result 1. The qualitative study abstracts five themes. The core qualities of blood purification specialist nurses include knowledge literacy, key competence accomplishment, ideal and belief accomplishment, basic professional consciousness accomplishment, etc. Secondly, Delphi method was used to construct the evaluation index system of the core accomplishment of blood purification specialist nurses based on the core accomplishment of blood purification specialist nurses. The evaluation index system includes 5 first-class indexes, 19 second-level indexes and 61 third-level items. The positive coefficient and authority coefficient of the two rounds of Delphi method were 1.0 and 1.0, respectively, and the authority coefficient was 0.8667, and the expert coordination degree was higher. 3.5First-level index weight was assigned as knowledge literacy 0.3279, critical competence literacy 0.3582, professional ideal and belief accomplishment 0.1144, basic consciousness accomplishment 0.1048, professional personality accomplishment 0.0947.4. The evaluation index system has good internal consistency reliability, content validity, structure validity, Cronbach 偽 coefficient and content validity, and content validity is 0.946, and content validity is 0.873.After the correlation analysis, the correlation coefficients of each first-order index and index system are between 0.756-0.964 and 0.05. Conclusion in this study, the evaluation index system and the weight of the first and second grade indexes of blood purification specialist nurses including 5 first-grade indexes, 19 second-class indexes and 61 third-grade indexes were constructed, and the indexes had good internal quality. Through the regional exploration in Zhengzhou City, this paper provides some reference for admission, training and examination of blood purification specialist nurses.
