【摘要】：目的對河北省血液中心2012-2015年發(fā)放的1 033 802 U去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞的儲存天數(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,評估庫存去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞庫存周轉(zhuǎn)量的合理性,為規(guī)范紅細(xì)胞庫存管理提供參考依據(jù)。方法分別計(jì)算平均每單位去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞儲存天數(shù)、各型去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞所占血型比例,統(tǒng)計(jì)發(fā)放去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞的單位數(shù)占全年總發(fā)血量比例,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,P0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果 2012-2015年各年度觀察的A、B、O、AB血型去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞所占血型比例約為24.9%、34.8%、30.3%、10.0%;各年度統(tǒng)計(jì)發(fā)放去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞的單位數(shù)占全年發(fā)放總量的90%以上;2013年僅A型去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞與4年總體A血型去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),2014年A、B、O、AB 4個(gè)血型以及2015年A型和B型去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞與4年總體平均相應(yīng)血型去白懸浮紅細(xì)胞儲存天數(shù)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論血站,特別是采血形勢好的血站,應(yīng)將紅細(xì)胞庫存量調(diào)控到一個(gè)適宜的水平,使庫存紅細(xì)胞的血型比例符合日常發(fā)放比例,以滿足臨床用血需求、同時(shí)保持血液成分新鮮度,進(jìn)而提高臨床輸血效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the storage days of 1 033 802 U white suspended red blood cells issued by Hebei Blood Center from 2012 to 2015, to evaluate the rationality of inventory turnover of white suspended red blood cells, and to provide a reference for standardizing the red blood cell inventory management. Methods the average storage days of each unit of white suspended red blood cells, the blood group proportion of each type of white suspended red blood cells were calculated, and the proportion of the unit number of white suspended red blood cells distributed in the whole year was calculated. And statistical analysis of P0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results the percentage of white suspended red blood cells observed in each year of 2012-2015 was about 24.934. 8% and 30. 3% of the total number of white suspended red blood cells distributed in each year, which accounted for more than 90% of the total number of red blood cells distributed in the whole year. There was statistically significant difference between the total A blood group and the total A blood group in 4 years (P0.05). In 2014, 4 blood groups of Acarinia Ocari AB and 2015 of A and B types of removing white suspended red blood cells were stored with the overall average corresponding blood group of 4 years for the storage days of the white suspended red blood cells of the whole population (P05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Blood stations, especially those with good blood collection situation, should adjust the stock of red blood cells to an appropriate level, so that the blood type ratio of red blood cells in stock should be in line with the daily distribution ratio in order to meet the needs of clinical blood supply. At the same time, maintain the freshness of blood components, and then improve the effect of clinical blood transfusion.
