【摘要】：[目的]探討使用Ilizarov外固定器治療創(chuàng)傷后脛骨感染性骨缺損患者的臨床護理方法,以減少并發(fā)癥,提高護理質量。[方法]對2008年2月~2014年5月本科使用Ilizarov外固定技術治療的56例創(chuàng)傷后脛骨感染性骨缺損患者的整體護理方法進行回顧性分析,評價護理效果,總結護理經驗。[結果]56例患者均獲得良好的護理,未因護理不當出現(xiàn)嚴重并發(fā)癥。全部患者均按治療計劃拆除Ilizarov外固定器,獲得滿意的治療效果。[結論]應用Ilizarov技術治療創(chuàng)傷后脛骨感染性骨缺損療效確切,良好的整體護理措施,確保了手術療效,提高了患者滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical nursing method of treating tibial infectious bone defect with Ilizarov external fixator in order to reduce complications and improve nursing quality. [methods] A retrospective analysis was made on the overall nursing methods of 56 patients with infectious bone defect of tibia treated with Ilizarov external fixation from February 2008 to May 2014. The nursing effect was evaluated and the nursing experience was summarized. Results: 56 patients received good nursing care without serious complications due to improper nursing. All the patients removed Ilizarov external fixator according to the treatment plan and achieved satisfactory results. [conclusion] the application of Ilizarov technique in the treatment of tibial infectious bone defect after trauma is effective, and good holistic nursing measures can ensure the operative effect and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
