【摘要】：正Fournier壞疽又稱爆發(fā)性陰囊壞疽,是一種少見(jiàn)、兇險(xiǎn)的陰囊感染壞死性筋膜炎,常累及陰莖頸周、腹股溝及腹部皮下多部位。起病急、進(jìn)展快、病死率高。好發(fā)于20~50歲成年男性,嬰兒較少見(jiàn)。我院于2017年1月收治1例Fournier壞疽合并腹瀉的嬰兒,經(jīng)過(guò)精心的救治及護(hù)理,患兒預(yù)后良好,現(xiàn)將護(hù)理經(jīng)驗(yàn)報(bào)告如下。
[Abstract]:Fournier gangrene, also known as explosive scrotal gangrene, is a rare, dangerous and necrotic fasciitis of the scrotal infection, often involving the penis neck, groin and subcutaneous subcutaneous parts. The disease is urgent, fast progresses, and the mortality rate is high. In January 2017, 1 cases of Fournier gangrene with diarrhea were treated in our hospital. After careful treatment and nursing, the prognosis of the child is good. The nursing experience is reported as follows.
