【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查先天性心臟病患兒術(shù)前營養(yǎng)狀況,分析相關(guān)的影響因素。方法:依據(jù)WHO的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用Z評分法對患兒的營養(yǎng)狀況進(jìn)行評估,應(yīng)用一般資料問卷、狀態(tài)特質(zhì)焦慮量表(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory,STAI)、抑郁自評量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)、疾病知識問卷(Parent Understanding Questionnaire,PUQ)對母親相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,分析其對患兒營養(yǎng)狀況的影響。結(jié)果:先天性心臟病患兒發(fā)育遲緩發(fā)生率為28.6%,低體重發(fā)生率為25.3%,消瘦發(fā)生率為25.3%。母親對疾病的正確感知和焦慮抑郁是對患兒營養(yǎng)狀況造成影響的主要因素。結(jié)論:先天性心臟病患兒的營養(yǎng)不良狀況比較嚴(yán)重,應(yīng)選擇合適的健康教育內(nèi)容和干預(yù)方式對患兒母親進(jìn)行干預(yù),以改變其照顧行為,改善患兒營養(yǎng)狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the preoperative nutritional status of children with congenital heart disease and analyze the related factors. Methods: according to the diagnostic criteria of WHO, the nutritional status of children was evaluated by Z score, and the general information questionnaire was used. State-Trait Anxiety inventory (STAI), Self-Rating Depression scale (SDS) and parent understanding questionnaire (PUQ) were used to investigate and analyze the maternal related factors. Results: the incidence of stunting, low body weight and weight loss in children with congenital heart disease was 28.6, 25.3and 25.3respectively. The correct perception of the disease and anxiety and depression are the main factors affecting the nutritional status of the children. Conclusion: the malnutrition status of children with congenital heart disease is serious. It is necessary to choose appropriate contents of health education and intervention methods to improve the nutritional status of children with congenital heart disease by changing their care behavior.
