【摘要】：目的觀察兒童眼科術(shù)后保護(hù)性眼罩在先天性白內(nèi)障患兒術(shù)后應(yīng)用的效果。方法自制兒童眼科術(shù)后保護(hù)性眼罩。選擇2016年3月—8月在上海某眼耳鼻喉科醫(yī)院行超聲乳化白內(nèi)障吸除加人工晶體植入術(shù)加前段玻璃體切除術(shù)的先天性白內(nèi)障患兒80例為研究對象,按照入院時(shí)間分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組各40例。實(shí)驗(yàn)組術(shù)后佩戴兒童眼科術(shù)后保護(hù)眼罩,對照組術(shù)后使用鋁制薄片眼罩保護(hù)術(shù)眼,比較兩組哭鬧程度、患眼觀察方便度及首次門診復(fù)診時(shí)佩戴眼罩的依從性,并觀察眼罩周圍皮膚破損情況。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組哭鬧程度較對照組輕,患眼觀察方便度高于對照組,患兒佩戴眼罩的依從性高于對照組(P0.05),住院期間實(shí)驗(yàn)組患兒眼罩周圍皮膚無破損發(fā)生。結(jié)論兒童眼科術(shù)后保護(hù)眼罩材質(zhì)輕便,透氣性和透光度好,佩戴舒適,安全性好,有利于先天性白內(nèi)障患兒術(shù)后康復(fù)及醫(yī)護(hù)人員對患眼的觀察,提高了患兒佩戴眼罩的依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of protective eye mask in children with congenital cataract. Methods the protective eye mask was made for children after ophthalmic operation. From March to August 2016, 80 children with congenital cataract underwent phacoemulsification cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation and anterior vitrectomy in a Shanghai ENT Hospital. According to the time of admission, 40 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group were divided. In the experimental group, the children's eye protection mask was worn after operation, and the control group was protected by aluminum thin film eye mask after operation. The degree of crying, the convenience of observation and the compliance of wearing eye mask in the first outpatient visit were compared between the two groups. The skin damage around the eye mask was observed. Results the degree of crying in the experimental group was lighter than that in the control group, the observation convenience of the affected eyes was higher than that of the control group, and the compliance of the children with eye mask was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). There was no damage to the skin around the eye mask in the experimental group during hospitalization. Conclusion the protective eye mask of children after ophthalmology operation is light, breathable and transparent, comfortable and safe. It is beneficial to the rehabilitation of children with congenital cataract and the observation of the affected eyes by medical staff, and improves the compliance of children with eye mask.
