【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查中老年男性體檢人群生殖激素水平的動態(tài)變化及與年齡、血脂的關(guān)系。方法:2011年1月至2014年12月40歲以上正常健康體檢男性4 333例,年齡40~85歲,70歲以下者按5年間隔分組,70歲以上者為1組,共分為7組。測定血清睪酮(T)、黃體生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)和總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C),并計算睪酮分泌指數(shù)(TSI=T/LH)。結(jié)果:7個年齡組的LH、FSH、E2和TSI水平有顯著性差異(P均0.05)�！�70歲組的LH、FSH和E2水平顯著高于其他6個年齡組(P均0.05),而TSI水平顯著低于其他6組(P均0.05)。2014年40~44歲組、45~49歲組及50~54歲組的T、E2和TSI水平均顯著低于其他3個年份的相應(yīng)年齡組(P均0.05);2014年55~59歲組的T和TSI水平顯著低于其他3個年份(P均0.05)。LH、FSH和E2與年齡呈正相關(guān),P、PRL和TSI與年齡呈負(fù)相關(guān);T與TC、TG、LDL-C呈負(fù)相關(guān),與HDL-C呈正相關(guān)。40~85歲男性LH、FSH和E2的平均年增長率分別為1.9%、2.7%和0.5%,TSI平均年下降率為2.0%。結(jié)論:40歲以上男性LH、FSH和E2隨年齡增長而升高,TSI逐漸減低;40~59歲男性T和TSI 4年間有下降趨勢,40~54歲男性E2 4年間有下降趨勢;低水平T與血脂異常有著密切關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the dynamic changes of reproductive hormone level and its relationship with age and blood lipid. Methods: from January 2011 to December 2014, 4 333 healthy men over 40 years old were divided into 7 groups. Serum testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E _ 2), progesterone (P), prolactin (PRL), total cholesterol (TCN), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-CU), and testosterone secretion index (TSI) were measured.
