【摘要】：目的探討品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)與戴明環(huán)(PDCA循環(huán))聯(lián)合應用的管理模式在護理質量管理中的應用效果。方法牡丹江醫(yī)學院第二附屬醫(yī)院于2013年7月選取8個試點科室開展QCC活動,以PDCA循環(huán)為基礎進行臨床護理質量管理,取得了良好成效后在全院推廣,至2015年6月全院45個護理單元全部開展QCC活動。本研究隨機選取活動前2013年1—6月住院治療的600例患者設為對照組,隨機選取活動后2015年7—12月住院治療的600例患者設為觀察組,對2組患者護理質量管理效果進行比較。結果全院45個護理單元現(xiàn)已成立68個QCC小組,完成活動目標值設定的有65個,達標率為95.59%,制定標準化的工作流程和規(guī)章制度的有51個,形成長效的護理質量管理機制;開展QCC活動后全院在護理文書書寫、病房管理、健康教育知曉率、護士技術操作水平方面明顯高于活動前;護理差錯、事故發(fā)生率由活動前2.33%降至0.83%;患者滿意度由活動前95.33%增至97.83%,增幅達2.50%,實施前后比較,U=3.226,P0.05;實施QCC活動前后對2組患者護理質量管理效果進行比較,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論品管圈與戴明環(huán)在護理工作中的聯(lián)合應用有利于增強護士的管理意識,充分發(fā)揮護士工作的主動性和創(chuàng)造性,提高護士的綜合素質,并逐步改善質量管理機制,開創(chuàng)了護理質量管理的新局面,值得在臨床護理工作中進一步推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of the combined application of quality control cycle control and Daiminghuan PDCA in nursing quality management. Methods in July 2013, the second affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College selected eight pilot departments to carry out QCC activities, and carried out clinical nursing quality management based on PDCA circulation. By June 2015, all 45 nursing units in the hospital had carried out QCC activities. In this study, 600 patients who were hospitalized from January to June 2013 were randomly selected as control group and 600 patients who were hospitalized in July and December 2015 were randomly selected as observation group. The results of nursing quality management were compared between the two groups. Results Sixty-eight QCC groups had been set up in 45 nursing units of the whole hospital, 65 of them had completed the target setting of activities, the rate of reaching the standard was 95.59, and 51 of them had established standardized work flow and rules and regulations, thus forming a long-term nursing quality management mechanism. After carrying out QCC activities, the nursing documents writing, ward management, health education awareness rate and nurses' technical operation level were significantly higher in the whole hospital than before, nursing errors, nursing errors, The incidence of accidents decreased from 2.33% before the activity to 0.83%, the patient satisfaction increased from 95.33% to 97.83, the increase reached 2.50, and the comparison between the two groups before and after the implementation of QCC was carried out, the results of nursing quality management before and after QCC activities were compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the combined application of quality control ring and Dai Minghuan in nursing work is beneficial to enhance nurses' management consciousness, give full play to the initiative and creativity of nurses' work, improve the comprehensive quality of nurses, and gradually improve the quality management mechanism. It opens up a new situation of nursing quality management and is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
