【摘要】：目的研究云南楚雄地區(qū)彝族獻(xiàn)血人群KIR基因及基因型多態(tài)性特點(diǎn)。方法從云南地區(qū)無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者中選取157名楚雄彝族健康自愿者,采用多重PCR-SSP方法進(jìn)行KIR基因檢測(cè)。根據(jù)http://www.allelefrequencies.net/中的ID號(hào)命名基因型和單體型組成。結(jié)果在云南地區(qū)楚雄彝族人群中,框架基因KIR3DL2、3DL3、2DL4和3DP1存在于所有個(gè)體;較為常見(jiàn)KIR基因有2DP1、2DL1、2DL3、3DL1和2DS4,其基因頻率分別為0.920 2、0.920 2、0.861 8、0.774 3和0.760 6;頻率較低的基因有KIR 2DS3、2DS2、2DL2、2DS5、3DS1、2DS1和2DL5,其基因頻率分別為0.097 1、0.140 4、0.144 1、0.182 2、0.226 2、0.226 2和0.277 3;共發(fā)現(xiàn)19種KIR基因型,其中以ID號(hào)為1和2的基因型最為常見(jiàn),頻率為47.13%和16.56%。結(jié)論云南地區(qū)楚雄彝族人群KIR基因分布與中國(guó)南方漢族人群之間較一致,部分基因位點(diǎn)與韓國(guó)人、南非人,烏魯木齊地區(qū)維吾爾族人和高加索地區(qū)人差異顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the polymorphism of KIR gene and genotype in Yi nationality in Chuxiong, Yunnan. Methods 157 healthy volunteers of Chuxiong Yi nationality were selected from volunteer blood donors in Yunnan area. The KIR gene was detected by multiple PCR-SSP method. The genotypes and haplotypes were named according to the ID number in http://www.allelefrequencies.net/. Results the frame genes KIR3DL2O3DL3DL4 and 3DP1 were found in all individuals in Chuxiong Yi nationality in Yunnan. The more common KIR genes were 2DP1DL1O2DL3DL1 and 2DS4, with the gene frequencies of 0.920 20.920 2U 0.861 80.774 3 and 0.760 6, respectively. The lower frequency genes were KIR 2DS 2DS 2DS 1DS 1DS 2DS 1DS 2DS 1 and 2DL5, the frequencies of which were 0.097 1T 0.140 40.144 0.182 2G 0.2226 20.226 2226 and 0.277 33.19 KIR genotypes were found. The genotypes with ID numbers 1 and 2 were the most common, with frequencies of 47.13% and 16.56%. Conclusion the distribution of KIR gene in Chuxiong Yi population in Yunnan is consistent with that of Han nationality in southern China. Some of the gene loci are significantly different from Korean, South African, Uygur and Caucasian people in Urumqi.
