【摘要】：【目的】觀察靜息狀態(tài)下原發(fā)性失眠患者(PI)腦島功能連接異常。【方法】收集60例PI患者及60例年齡、性別、受教育程度均匹配的健康對(duì)照組,采集被試者靜息態(tài)功能磁共振數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合功能連接(FC)分析方法,選取雙側(cè)腦島為感興趣區(qū)域,經(jīng)雙樣本t檢驗(yàn),得出全腦范圍內(nèi)兩組間腦島功能連接存在差異的腦區(qū)。【結(jié)果】與正常對(duì)照組相比,PI組雙側(cè)腦島存在多個(gè)腦區(qū)的功能連接異常,其中與左側(cè)腦島FC值升高的區(qū)域有左側(cè)扣帶中回,右側(cè)內(nèi)側(cè)額上回,右側(cè)頂下緣角回,FC減低的區(qū)域有左側(cè)中央前回,右側(cè)梭狀回(P0.05);與右側(cè)腦島FC值升高的區(qū)域有右側(cè)扣帶中回,右側(cè)梭狀回,右側(cè)額中回,FC值減低的區(qū)域有右側(cè)中央前回,右側(cè)顳中回(P0.05)。【結(jié)論】PI患者雙側(cè)腦島與腦內(nèi)多個(gè)腦區(qū)存在異常的功能連接。本研究從功能整合的角度為理解原發(fā)性失眠的發(fā)生提供了影像證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe the abnormal functional connections of PII in patients with primary insomnia at rest. [methods] 60 patients with Pi and 60 healthy controls with matched age, sex and education were collected. The resting functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) data of the subjects were collected, and the bilateral cerebral islands were selected as the region of interest. The results showed that the functional connections of diencephalic islands were different between the two groups in the whole brain. [results] compared with the normal control group, there were multiple functional connections in the bilateral cerebral islands in the Pi group. There were middle cingulate gyrus in left cerebral island, middle cingulate gyrus in right medial superior frontal gyrus, left precentral gyrus in right inferior parietal angle gyrus, P0.05 in right fusiform gyrus, and right cingulate middle gyrus in those with increased FC value in right cerebral island. In the right fusiform gyrus, the right middle frontal gyrus decreased the FC value in the right precentral gyrus and the right middle temporal gyrus P0.05. [conclusion] there are abnormal functional connections between the bilateral islands and multiple brain regions in Pi patients. This study provides imaging evidence for understanding the occurrence of primary insomnia from the perspective of functional integration.
