【摘要】：目的分析循證護理在ICU壓瘡患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取100例ICU壓瘡高危患者,按照隨機數(shù)字法分為對照組與護理組,各50例,對照組采取常規(guī)壓瘡護理,護理組采取循證護理,對比兩組護理效果。結(jié)果護理組壓瘡發(fā)生率為2.00%,對照組壓瘡發(fā)生率為14.00%,護理組壓瘡發(fā)生率低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論對ICU壓瘡高�；颊卟扇⊙C護理,能減少發(fā)生壓瘡,具有臨床應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with ICU pressure sore. Methods 100 patients with high risk of ICU pressure sore were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the nursing group. The control group and the nursing group were divided into two groups: the control group and the nursing group. The control group took routine nursing care and the nursing group took evidence-based nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results the incidence of pressure sore in nursing group was 2.00 and that in control group was 14.00. The rate of pressure sore in nursing group was lower than that in control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing care for high risk patients with ICU pressure sore can reduce the occurrence of pressure sore and has clinical application value.
