【摘要】：目的了解基層醫(yī)院護理人員對艾滋病(AIDS)知識的認知程度及對艾滋病護理技能掌握程度,為針對性開展艾滋病防控知識培訓(xùn)提供依據(jù)。方法采用問卷調(diào)查的方式,對靈山縣5家縣級醫(yī)院的在職護士、護師、主管護師、副主任護師進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,對艾滋病的傳播途徑均了解;關(guān)于艾滋病護理知識,顯示職業(yè)暴露后的處理方法、護理過程中的個人防護、相關(guān)癥狀的對癥處理和污染物品及醫(yī)療垃圾的處理4個問題的知曉率由低到高依次均為護士護師主管護師副主任護師,四者之間知曉率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);護理艾滋病患者技巧問題的知曉率由低到高依次為護士護師副主任護師主管護師,四者之間知曉率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在護理艾滋病患者時,心理不舒服率從低到高依次為護師護士副主任護師主管護師,四者之間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=125.97,P0.05);在護理患者時有歧視率從低到高依次為副主任護師護士護師主管護師,四者之間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=36.54,P0.05);醫(yī)護人員艾滋病基礎(chǔ)知識和護理學(xué)知識,不同醫(yī)療機構(gòu)之間差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);不同醫(yī)療機構(gòu)艾滋病患者收入院情況差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論醫(yī)護人員對艾滋病患者護理知識知曉率隨著職稱的增高而升高,但對艾滋病患者護理心理不良反應(yīng)則未呈現(xiàn)此規(guī)律;醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的工作條件及待遇可能為影響醫(yī)護人員艾滋病知識知曉率的因素之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge level of AIDS (AIDS) knowledge and the degree of mastery of AIDS nursing skills in grass-roots hospitals, and to provide a basis for the training of AIDS prevention and control knowledge. Methods a questionnaire was used to investigate the in-service nurses, teachers, teachers and vice directors of 5 county hospitals in Lingshan County. Results the results of the investigation showed that the transmission routes of AIDS were all understood. The knowledge of AIDS nursing, the treatment methods after occupational exposure, the personal protection in the nursing process, the treatment of the related symptoms, the awareness rate of the 4 problems of the treatment of the contaminated articles and the treatment of medical waste were all in turn from the lower to the high. The awareness rate difference between the four teachers was statistically significant (P0.05); the awareness rate of the nursing AIDS patients' skill problems from low to high was in turn as the nurse teacher in charge of the nurse teacher, and the difference in the awareness rate between the four was statistically significant (P0.05). In the case of AIDS patients, the rate of psychological discomfort from low to high was the order of the nurse. The difference between the four nurses was statistically significant (x 2=125.97, P0.05). In the case of nursing patients, the discriminatory rate from low to high was the vice director nurse nurse nurse supervisor, and the difference between the four was statistically significant (x 2=36.54, P0.05); the basic knowledge and nursing knowledge of the medical and nursing staff, and the different medical treatment were different. There were statistically significant differences between institutions (P0.05); there was a significant difference in the income Hospital of AIDS patients in different medical institutions (P0.05). Conclusion the awareness rate of nursing knowledge of AIDS patients increased with the increase of professional titles, but the mental adverse reaction of AIDS patients did not present this rule; medical institutions Working conditions and treatment may be one of the factors that affect the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among medical staff.
