【摘要】：腸動(dòng)力障礙可由多種疾病造成,也是危重癥病人常見的并發(fā)癥之一。有研究表明,腸動(dòng)力障礙可通過調(diào)節(jié)遠(yuǎn)端消化腔內(nèi)微生態(tài)環(huán)境以及減少細(xì)菌毒素來改善,也為腸動(dòng)力障礙的治療提供新的參考策略。膳食纖維(DF)具有加快結(jié)腸傳輸、正向調(diào)整腸道菌群、保護(hù)腸黏膜屏障等生理功能,臨床上廣泛用于危重癥病人、炎癥性腸病、糖尿病等病人腸動(dòng)力障礙的輔助治療。為進(jìn)一步探究DF的應(yīng)用與腸動(dòng)力障礙改善之間的關(guān)系,以下對(duì)中英文數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)檢索,并對(duì)部分近年來該方面發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,以期為腸動(dòng)力障礙的預(yù)防和治療提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Intestinal motility disorder can be caused by many diseases and is one of the common complications in critically ill patients. Some studies have shown that intestinal motility disorder can be improved by regulating the microecological environment in distal digestive cavity and reducing bacterial toxins. It also provides a new reference strategy for the treatment of intestinal motility disorder. Dietary fiber (DFF) is widely used in the treatment of intestinal motility disorders in critically ill patients, inflammatory bowel disease, diabetes mellitus and so on, because of its physiological functions such as accelerating colonic transit, adjusting intestinal flora and protecting intestinal mucosal barrier. In order to further explore the relationship between the application of DF and the improvement of intestinal motility disorder, the following documents were searched in Chinese and English databases, and some of the literatures published in recent years were reviewed. In order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of intestinal motility disorder.
