安徽省三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:目的了解安徽省三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境,為改善護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境測(cè)評(píng)量表對(duì)安徽省35所三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院的護(hù)士進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境總評(píng)分為(64.79±26.07)分,其中醫(yī)院對(duì)新入職護(hù)士有培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、工作團(tuán)隊(duì)中的護(hù)士能夠勝任護(hù)理工作等條目評(píng)分較高,護(hù)士薪酬在社會(huì)各行業(yè)所處水平合適、護(hù)士有機(jī)會(huì)參與醫(yī)院內(nèi)部管理、護(hù)士有機(jī)會(huì)參與醫(yī)院管理決策等條目評(píng)分較低;是否為教學(xué)醫(yī)院、工作年限、性別、學(xué)歷、科室、職稱、年齡、是否在編等資料均對(duì)護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境評(píng)分有影響。結(jié)論安徽省護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境測(cè)評(píng)總評(píng)分不高,地區(qū)間有差異,醫(yī)院管理模式和護(hù)士薪酬待遇分配制度有待改善,護(hù)理管理者應(yīng)該針對(duì)不同人群特點(diǎn),采取相應(yīng)的措施來(lái)解決現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,改善護(hù)士執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the nursing practice environment of the three level general hospital in Anhui Province, and to provide reference for improving the nursing practice environment. Methods nurses of 35 grade three general hospitals in Anhui province were investigated using the nurse practicing environment assessment scale. The total score of nurses' practicing environment was (64.79 + 26.07), and the hospital had a training plan for the new entry nurses. The nurses in the work team can be qualified for the higher scores on the nursing work and so on. The nurses' salary is suitable for the social industry, the nurses have the opportunity to participate in the internal management of the hospital, the nurses have the opportunity to participate in the hospital management decisions and so on. There are differences in the total score of nurses' practicing environment assessment in Anhui province. There are differences among regions. The hospital management mode and the salary and treatment allocation system of nurses need to be improved. The nursing managers should take corresponding measures to solve the existing problems and improve the nurses according to the characteristics of different groups of people. Practice environment.
