時間反轉(zhuǎn)聚焦在組織中形成損傷的數(shù)值建模

【摘要】:為考察基于時間反轉(zhuǎn)方法的高強度聚焦超聲治療在預設目標點處的組織損傷情況,使用三維有限差分算法求解Westervelt方程,建立非線性聲波傳播數(shù)值模型,采用97陣元相控陣結合虛擬源的時間反轉(zhuǎn)方法進行超聲聚焦,分析其形成的聲場和熱場,并考察目標點偏離軸線時的組織損傷形成規(guī)律。結果表明隨著目標點偏軸距離的增大,聲壓旁瓣開始增多。旁瓣的溫升較低,不足以形成組織損傷。時間反轉(zhuǎn)方法可用于多點聚焦,在一定的范圍內(nèi),形成多點目標損傷而不產(chǎn)生額外的周圍組織損傷。同時多點聚焦可以形成一個較大的損傷區(qū)域,減少超聲治療時間。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the tissue damage at preset target point in high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy based on time reversal method, a numerical model of nonlinear acoustic wave propagation was established by solving Westervelt equation with three dimensional finite difference algorithm. The ultrasonic focusing is carried out by using 97 array element phased array combined with the time reversal method of virtual source. The sound field and thermal field are analyzed, and the formation rule of tissue damage when the target point deviates from the axis is investigated. The results show that the sound pressure sidelobes begin to increase with the increase of the distance between the target points and the axis. The temperature rise of the sidelobe is low enough to cause tissue damage. The time reversal method can be used for multi-point focusing. In a certain range, multi-point target damage can be formed without any additional surrounding tissue damage. At the same time, multi-point focusing can form a large area of injury and reduce the time of ultrasound therapy.
